Very good concept near the gates of the Kruger National Park.
The facilities were lovely and very tidy. The reception was excellent and service very good. It was perfectly located and we would definitely use any of the Sleepovers that would be on our routes where we travel, especially the Kruger. "Furnishings" were of good quality, very neat finishing. Can only recommend that blankets be made available in the winter as the evening got quite cold.

We stayed at Sleepover Phabeni for one night as a family before going into the game park. Very neat, would recommend it.
It was great. They put a kettle in the room with no mugs, so why a kettle? They supply 2 glasses. I asked about mugs and was told they don't supply mugs. We could hear the lions roar.
Although the restaurant's basic food was delicious, the price was definitely on the high side. There was also loud music throughout the night (Friday night) in the surrounding area, but that is not in SleepOver's control.
Clean and tidy inside.
1. I had an equery but there was no one to be talking to as the number just rings with no reply. 2. We were told we should not make noise however we were awaken in the morning at 7am by neighbors inside the yard with their loud music. We would not mind if its after 11am (we tried calling to report this still to no reply). 3. There is no phone connected to the reception incase of emergency or to report incidents like the above. 4. We were locked out of our rooms before check out date. 5. Cleaning from staff during our stay needs improvement. 6. One good thing about the place is that there staff is friendly.
