10 guests' feedbackThe place was incredible, extremely clean and tidy, and everything we needed was available. The wood that is available was a great touch as we didn't know how many bags we would use, and that made things a lot easier.

This accommodation was a lovely break away from our fast-paced lives. It was clean and spacious and had everything needed to make our stay comfortable. There's so much thought behind each piece of decor and furniture. I spent so much time studying all the sea shells and books to read. My family enjoyed it immensely, and we loved that we all had our privacy with our own bathrooms. The scenery is amazing, and it's just a little skip down to the water's edge. The host was lovely and attentive even after hours and took time to explain to us how everything works. A big thank you for settling us in. We will definitely be back.
This house was my best choice and stay by far.
We looked at a few places and decided to celebrate my mom's 70th birthday at Slip-A-Way Lodge. Before arrival, the owner, Craig Harris, was very friendly and patient with all my questions. The lady that received us was also very friendly and showed us where everything was. We had a very nice weekend and loved the open plan living space, where you can have individual or group conversations while still being able to see everyone. The kitchen is fully equipped and great to work in. There are nice bar areas that my dad and uncles also enjoyed. The large dining table is a big plus, allowing everyone to sit together for all meals. The rooms are very neat, clean, and beautifully decorated. Each room has its own ensuite bathroom, and each one was clean, well-designed, and nicely equipped with the necessary items.
Had a lovely stay! The location was great and the views from the house are stunning. I loved that each room had an en suite, as well as all the extra facilities. Parking was an issue as we had no access to the garage due to equipment inside. The area is safe, but there was a drunk driver on Saturday night and he could have driven into us.
The place was very pleasant and my family and I enjoyed it very much. Thanks to Ed for all his help.
Thanks, it was the perfect venue for our daughter's birthday get together. It's a lovely, clean, modern, and beautiful place. We can't wait for our next visit.
The stay was perfect. I would just suggest a gate be put at the stairs for small children. More lights for load shedding and the sliding door at the braai to be fixed, as it is very difficult for older people to open. Other than that, we had a perfect stay and it was well worth our money.
I would definitely recommend Slip-A-Way to anyone. It is worth the effort. Really another one of the best I've been to. Slip-A-Way is TOPS!
