Easy access, clean and tidy with WiFi.
One annoyance: There wasn't a wall plug or a mirror by the dressing table. I had to struggle to use a different plug and blow dry with a small standing mirror. Nor can one plug in a laptop at the table and sit and work. Move the table next to the hanging cabinet where the wall plugs are!

We received good directions and information and had a great time. Friendly hostess. Unity has everything you need. Car does not sleep behind a gate, but it appears to be safe. We had no problems. The city is in the process of repairing the sea wall which has resulted in the street being slightly blocked. Many restaurants nearby, can walk if you want.

You really feel at home very quickly with the friendly welcome. Bed sleeps well, shower is very "nice", coffee, biscuits, TV with all the channels on, is everything you want. Will be back soon.

My husband and I had a great stay, our baby dog was even welcome. Although one cannot see the sea it is an excellent location. You only walk out the door and you are at the beach or at Blue Peter. Wilma is also very friendly and made us feel at home.

The room was clean and tidy and the bedding very nice. The bed sleeps well, the bathroom is spacious, and the shower and other facilities work very well. The tea station is adequate. And it is close to the beach and the delicious Blue Peter restaurant. Thank you very much.

Very close to the sea, we made coffee that was provided for us and walked a few steps with our coffee cups and enjoyed the coffee right by the sea. Incredible experience. For the fact that it was so close to the sea the price was very reasonable. Bedding etc. was pure white and clean. We had a lovely stay there and Wilma was the friendliest person ever.
I am a single elderly lady and i could walk everywhere, even to the local P'nP and Woolworths. Even hopped on the My Citi Bus and went into Cape Town.

We really enjoyed it especially because it is so close to the sea. Very well appointed and spacious. We feel that the unit may again need some renovation. (carpets, mattress and headboard are close to the end of their life expectancy).
The location of Small Bay is fantastic, you are within walking distance of the beach, restaurants and mall.
We had a great stay and were received very kindly. All that bothered me a bit is that the bedding smelled of cigarette smoke which is not pleasant. Then you also have to look at lighting outside along the wall at night.

Very good location and perfect for 2 people. Blue Peters Hotel is 50 meters from the apartment and a great place to experience the sunset.

Ten meters from the beach and close to hotels and restaurants. Ideal for adults to eat somewhere in the evening or visit or walk on the beach, but for a parent and child who go to bed earlier or maybe don't want to eat out every night, it might not be the best option. The first night was a concert at the Blue Peter hotel which was really good (Arno Carstens) and because it was so close to the room, we also had no choice with the volume of the music but to go and see - there there was no chance we would sleep. Other nights we could hear distant music from the hotel, although not always too loud, but unfortunately I'm quite sensitive to any noise when I sleep. There were a few other things that weren't 100%. The window blinds by the door do not always work and the small fridge does not cool at all. Since I didn't inform the hostess about it, it's my own fault. I'm sure she would fix it if I asked her. There are also no facilities like knives and forks, spoons, microwave oven, which makes it difficult to eat porridge or anything else in the morning. The place is 100% right for a couple to spend a lovely time right next to the beach and have something to eat every night. The room is cleaned very nicely every day and I felt safe. Blouberg is beautiful. I just wouldn't necessarily recommend it for someone with a child or someone who might have trouble sleeping with any noise in the evenings.

The guest house was very neat, clean and comfortable. The room is literally a stone's throw from the sea. Very nice, quiet environment. Accommodation is definitely value for money. I would recommend anyone to spend the night there. Will use the guest house again in the future.
Wilma received us very kindly, the facilities were great and the location of the guest house is unbeatable. It is next to one of the most famous landmarks, the Blue Peter Hotel, and within walking distance of many restaurants and eateries. The view of Table Mountain and Robben Island is unbeatable. We can recommend the Small Bay Guest House with great confidence.
Only disappointment was that it would have been great to have small microwave, some dinner plates and some cutlery available to eat takeaways or if we decided to have a braai. Otherwise, lovely.

It was really very close to the sea and the service was quick and friendly.
Slept like a dream! The shower is neat, clean and spacious. The owner made us feel very much at home.
The stay was definitely worth the money. I appreciate the clean room and especially the bathroom. The color of the room (orange) is fresh and refreshing.
