Beautifully appointed cottage on a hill. Stunning views and so peaceful. Facilities were great. Everything you need. Outdoor braai and hot tub were a winner! Easy communication with hosts. Gorgeous. Can highly recommend.
A lovely little spot with everything you can need for a weekend getaway. Loved the hot tub and views, and appreciated the hot tub being heated before arrival.

Relaxing in the peace and quiet.
We stayed for 4 nights and I did not want to leave. The indoor fireplace and wood-fired hot tub made for a perfectly peaceful getaway. We lounged from one seating area to another. Stunning views of the valley and bucks on the adjacent field. Would definitely return with a couple of friends or our young children.

The spacious house is located in a beautiful location. It is well equipped with cookware and cutlery, glasses of all kinds and best of all - a dishwasher. The stoep with braai area, dining area and meeting place is a nice place. The wood fire tub was also fun. The kids loved lighting the fireplace. Bird watchers will enjoy the variety of birds.
We had a great time at Smitten Guest Cottage. The highlight was the "hot tub". Everything is very neat in the house. The view is beautiful and it is a very quiet area. Perfect place to break away.

Had such a wonderful weekend away staying at the valley cottage. Really enjoyed the woodfired hot tub and appreciated how much privacy we had. We were also delighted with the quality furnishings and appliances. The indoor fireplace made the chilly winter nights very cosy and gave a lovely ambience. Already fantasizing about going back!
Eric explained the road directions very well. Smitten is a beautiful cottage, with tasteful decor. In the kitchen is everything you want and more. The fireplace is cozy for a cold evening and the outdoor barbecue wonderfully cozy. I will definitely visit there again and recommend anyone there. The host had everything we needed, even things we hadn't thought of. Even the hot tub was prepared for us before we arrived. If there was any fault, indigenous plant growth in front of the cottage's front window would look superb.
Excellent stay! The place has everything you need, everything is clean and tidy, and Erik is a great host, good directions, all questions quickly answered etc. and the 'self-checkin' works so well. You can unwind here, and only come to recharge your soul. Will return for sure. Oh, that 'hot-tub'!
The cottage is perfect for getting out of the city or even town. Located in the middle of the vineyards with the most beautiful view of the mountains. There is everything you would need. Really a place to try and come back to.
