9 guests' feedbackWow! What an amazing experience. If you want to experience the true beauty of wildlife, then I would recommend Soloko Wildplaas. Please don't get me wrong; I am extremely scared of the unknown, but this experience was totally phenomenal. I can literally say I stood so close to the giraffes, impalas, and wildebeest. Denise and her family are so kind and friendly. They even offered my family and me a game drive at no additional cost. This was definitely a holiday to remember.
We enjoyed the weekend. We loved the game drive it was Awesome. We will definitely go again. And tell people about this place.
Hosts and management team, Denise and Schalk, are just great and extremely helpful in making our stay an enjoyable one. Wishing them well in their future plans for the resort and will be revisiting in the nearby future to enjoy this beautiful part of the world.
We were in Kareedouw for a wedding and it was the best decision to stay with Soloko! We had a wonderful time there.
Visit was very nice. Schalk and Denise were very helpful and hospitable. Schalk Jr is his parents right hand man and a real iron man! Thank you for the dry wood and delicious Ouma biscuits. The safari with Schalk Snr was informative and interesting. Thanks for your time and effort, Schalk.

The log houses were well equipped with everything we needed. The nyalas grazed on our front porch and we saw giraffes and buffalo from the porch. It was lovely to go for a walk and see the Cape fynbos while the moose watched us from a distance. Despite a few hiccups with cleanliness and maintenance, we had a great stay and would love to stay here again.
We were kindly received and the location is not too bad. I would like to suggest the following: 1) There is no clear sign with the farm's name on it where we had to turn off. 2) Please sit down. a fan and Peaceful Sleep in the room. 3) A mat in front of the shower, stone floor is cold. 4) There is wood, but we could not find the flash or lighter/matches as mentioned. 5) Although there is a shared kitchen at the stone rooms, a small fridge for overnight cold drinks, milk and water would be very convenient. Ent to walk when it is night and cold. 6) Wifi please. Also slept very well and would definitely recommend.
