We had a great time. Safe feeling and everything accessible without difficulty. We just couldn't use all the facilities because no rain, but would definitely want to go again to experience it. The male receptionist on duty was very friendly and helpful. In the future, please provide warm blankets for every person staying at the accommodation. The security guard was also very helpful when we were entering and exiting the accommodation, especially when using the back gate to the beach.
We booked at Sun, See & Sundowners for our wedding anniversary. It was everything and more! The view over Table Mountain was really at its most beautiful! The unit has everything you need, even a dishwasher. Willem, the host, did everything in his power to make our time there unforgettable! Communication is excellent! We will definitely stay there again!
We really enjoyed our stay because it was very central to the places we wanted to visit. The view over Table Mountain is fantastic and the facilities were immaculate and clean.
My adult daughters and I slept there for 2 nights and were very impressed with the setup, close to the beach for the tourist who comes for vacation. The owner was in contact with me and even gave references of nice places to eat nearby. Thank you very much, we had a great stay.
The corridor and foyer come to life at 7 o'clock in the morning and are very disturbing, especially when children are running up and down screaming and playing games. The unit itself I would suggest putting in a small guest seat for coffee making.

Everything from Son, See and Sundowners was nice, but I wouldn't recommend the apartment for more than 2 people. We are a family of 4, and it was way too small and cramped with small children. There is also no bath at all which makes it even more difficult with children. But the apartment is beautiful and the view even more so.
Even the public areas such as the swimming pool, gym, squash court and braai facilities were clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend the place.

Was very noisy they replaced tiles outside at reception and used a "jackhammer" type drill for it, it went on for long periods of time, would have preferred if they told me about it ahead of time, sounded like they were inside the apartment all the time work. We arrived and it was load shedding and we were not aware, so I bought electricity to discover it was load shedding. Only a bit disappointed there was no generator for the load shedding periods. Other than that it was really nice clean place with an awesome view.

Top quality sleeping and bathing facilities, would have liked just a little soap and shampoo, nothing to complain about, if laundry was fine.
Upon entering, very impressed with the cleanliness, modern layout and equipment and of course the view is exactly what is shown in the photos. Friendly and quick service from our host and will definitely book there again as soon as we go to the Cape again.

We as a family had a great time with a very nice view of the sea and Table Mountain and everything we needed was there.
Would go back again anytime but just me and my wife. The accommodation is a bit tight for a family of four with only one bathroom. Everything was nice.
It's a beautiful place, convenient and the heated, covered pool was a great pleasure for the kids. The owner was very hospitable.
At first it was very confusing for us at reception. Maybe only in the future will give better indication to guests that "reception" has nothing to do with the apartment.
If I have to vacation anywhere in the winter it will be at Son See and Sundowners. Modern apartment with a very nice view and well equipped for our family of 3. Price was very reasonable.
Our arrival was not smooth as we have been send between two reception desks backwards and forwards. Further everything was really good. Owner did promise to do something with regards to reception and we will surely use this facility again.
Was very nice. Just wanted to say that you please Heaters in your place must be put for the winter days. Place was incredibly cold. Also that you may have to sort out the DStv Now because there is a problem. We couldn't watch TV at all. Furthermore, it was very clean and beautiful and also, your place is in a good location with a nice view.
Looks bigger than it is. 1 bedroom and sleeper couch in the living area. Unfortunately the bathroom door was also down while we were there and could not be fixed. Which was unpleasant. And it appeared as if something was wrong with the oven. Report all problems to the owner.
Early in 2018 we booked for only two people but by the end of the year two of our friends might have come along, we contacted Willem through the website and he helped me quickly and kindly with information about the apartment as well and if we wanted to move to a larger unit. It was just the beginning of his kindness and helpfulness. It is a comfortable apartment and has everything you need. It is conveniently close to the beach, restaurants and shopping centres. For a holiday in the city, but not in the rush, it is close enough to everything. We will definitely use the place again.

The DStv was limited to selected channels, unfortunately. E.g. 201 & 144 weren't available. We don't watch soccer, only rugby, and the wife Binnelanders. It wasn't the end of the world though! Will bring my DStv card with next time. Otherwise, no problems.

We were the first guests of the new owners and were pleasantly surprised with the beautiful unit. Very centrally located in a secure complex offering many activities with secure covered parking.
