The multi-storey house comprises 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a kitchen and dining area, and a lounge. Located on the first floor, the bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, and 4 single beds are available in the living area. The floor opens onto a balcony overlooking the surroundings, and has a bathroom with a shower and a toilet is available. An outdoor shower with a wooden screen is also available.
Two of the bedrooms each contain an extra-long queen size bed, and have private bathrooms fitted with showers, baths, and toilets. Linen and bath towels are provided, and guests please need to bring their own swimming towels.
The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, a fridge-freezer, tea- and coffee-making facilities, a washing machine, and a dishwasher are also available for guests to use. Meals can be enjoyed at the 8-seater dining table, and guests can relax on the first floor or the ground floor lounge area.

Great holiday house for family or friends to take advantage of what Pringle Bay has to offer. House has all the amenities needed, is close to the beach and has a braai area sheltered from the wind. Perfect weekend away!
Lovely house with enough space for 2 families or a group of friends.
Very comfortable house for large groups. Nice patio area and garden for children to play. Completely fenced so dogs are safe inside. Nice roof terrace with view of the mountains.
We loved our stay at Sones Summer House and would definitely go back.
Ice trays, easily working dishwasher and stove, hangers for the wardrobes and a less stingy supply of toilet paper, dishwashing liquid would be appreciated. For the deck some comfy furniture (hammock which fits or alike). Braai stoep was perfect!

House rules
- Guests please need to bring their own beach towels.- Please note, guests will be required to accept the full terms and conditions as provided by the establishment upon booking.
- The balance please needs to be paid 30 days before arrival.
- The unit makes use of pre-paid electricity and an R150 is provided; guests need to top-up themselves.
- Please ensure all fires are extinguished properly; the fynbos area is sensitive to veld fires.
- A septic tank is used, please flush toilet paper only.
- On arrival, a starter pack of black bags, dishwashing liquid, and toilet paper is supplied. The rest can be brought or bought at the local superette in the village.
- No loud music or excessive noise is allowed after 23:00; please be considerate of the neighbours.
- The number of people occupying the house must not exceed the amount that the house can sleep, and day guests are not allowed, especially at weekends, unless the booking is for more than 7 days.
- Baboons live in the area and guests are asked to please not leave windows and doors open, whether the property is occupied or not; any damages will be charged to the guest.
- Pets are not allowed, except if in prior agreement with the owner.
- Excessive noise and disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated, and strict penalties apply.
- Sections of the accommodation are accessed via stairs, and may not be suitable for young children, the elderly, or guests with disabilities.
- The accommodation is accessed by a gravel road, and guests are required to enquire about the condition of the road, before arrival, as it could be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.
