Surely you cannot find better accommodation in Paternoster.
If you are looking for a luxury holiday in an authentic village where no detail has been spared in terms of design, quality and location, Sonkwas 10 is your destination. The architect designed house right on the beach in Bek Bay, with views of the Cape Columbine lighthouse, is unbeatable. The home is spacious with designer finishes that truly take your vacation to the next level. Would also like to visit in winter with the fireplaces provided in the rooms/bathrooms and living areas. Hope to stay here again soon!
Stunning, modern architect-designed holiday home. Unbeatable view from the terrace, it has to be the best in Paternoster. Good beds, good quality bed linen. The towels were strange, more like tea towels. We couldn't work the oven as it had to be reset each time there was load shedding, and the information booklet provided didn't help! There was no hairdryer. We were impressed by this house; it's quite something!
Incredibly nice stay! You have a sense of privacy even though the house is in town.
Nothing to say about the stay at Sonkwas 10 (which was nothing but a pleasure), but friends of ours stayed in Sonkwas 9 and had their cell phones stolen while in the unit, which is a concern and bad for Paternoster. Some of the things of the people who live around them were also stolen. Paternoster will have to do something about the theft.
Great stay, thank you! We would have slept better if the rooms could be completely dark, would help a lot. The house is so well equipped with quality amenities, an air fryer would be good to purchase for the beautiful home. We did miss beer glasses! Thank you for the clean house and the most beautiful view! It was our second time there.

The house is beautiful and ideally located. We had everything we could possibly need - and were spared load shedding thanks to the battery. The fireplace and stoves were a lovely bonus.
Right on the beach with amazing views for a perfect sunset. We loved this Johann Slee designed house. High quality linen and towels. Great to have dishwasher and washing machine/dryer. Lights and wifi had back up during loadshedding. Stove is gas. Secure parking with an alarm beam. Direct access to Bekbaai Beach. "Stay at Paternoster" is in charge of cleaning the house and unfortunately when we arrived the house was not clean. In particular, the entire house had not been properly swept and was full of hair on the floor and furniture, windows had not been cleaned and some crockery, cutlery and glassware had been packed away dirty. However on raising these matters they were attended to when brought to Stay at Parternoster's attention. Having the cleaning service back three times was disruptive to our stay of 5 days.

A key and breakage deposit per booking is payable at least 7 working days prior to arrival and is refundable within 5 to 7 working days after the house has been scrutinized and all found in order.The keys will not be handed over under any circumstances without the deposit having been received.
A non-refundable pet deposit per pet is payable with the balance 7 days before arrival.
An additional pet fee is charged per pet. Guests must please note that there is no fence around the property.
There is backup power source for for Wi-Fi, light, and the TV during loadshedding.
