The stay was good and enjoyable. If anything, cleaning could be included in the price and not charged extra as it makes it inconvenient. They could also maybe leave extra linen for us to be able to change the bedding halfway through the stay if they don't include cleaning, so we could do it ourselves.
It was our first getaway as a family to the North Coast. We flew in from Cape Town early in the morning and as soon as we stepped in, Mel stood up to welcome us. Her friendly nature made us feel right at home and the unit has everything one needs. The sea is across the road and one goes to sleep and wakes up to the sound of the waves. Everything we wanted to do and see is within a radius of 50 km around us. We will definitely go there again in the future.
Enjoy your holiday, beautiful view of the sea. As you walk out of the building, there are 2 restaurants on both sides which were very convenient. Literally walk across the street and you're on the beach. Aircon in front didn't make it cold, and the remote didn't work either, it would have helped a lot with the humidity. The WiFi had been off from time to time to the children's annoyance when they were bored at night. Otherwise, our family really enjoyed it. Place is neat and clean. Beautiful bathroom, as well as clean, fresh bedding. Dishwasher and washing machine would have been an absolute bonus! Beautiful modern and open-plan living area that opens onto your veranda and then you are literally sitting almost on the beach. Heleen had also been very helpful.
