The house is very nicely laid out and everything one would need was there. It would have been much nicer if the underfloor heating had worked. The fireplace alone could not get the place wam. Fortunately there were warm blankets on the beds.
No provision was made for loadshedding, no gas stove or gas oven, no batteries for light or inverter were installed. Gate car does not work in loadshedding and there was no key for the car gate. There is an alarm system that no one has mentioned and no one has told how to disable it. The photos are a misrepresentation, the garden is completely neglected, the grass is dead and therefore does not look like the photos at all. The restaurants nearby also did not cater for loadshedding, and could not even cook because there was not even a gas stove for cooking during loadshedding.
