The house comprises 4 spacious bedrooms and can accommodate 8 guests. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with a king-size bed and both have an en-suite bathroom fitted with either a bath and shower or a shower only. The other 2 bedrooms contain 2 single beds each, which can be converted to a king-size bed upon request. Both rooms have en-suite bathrooms fitted with showers.

The house features 2 separate living areas and a kitchen with a dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, and microwave. A dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer are also available. Standing fans keep guests cool during warm summer nights, while two fireplaces provide warmth and comfort on chilly evenings. Free Wi-Fi and a TV with Netflix and Disney+ are included for guests' entertainment. Guests can enjoy lazy afternoons by the swimming pool, sipping refreshing cocktails while watching yachts pass by. Southwinds is equipped with an inverter and rechargeable solar lights, making it an eco-friendly choice for those looking to reduce their carbon footprint. The inverter of 1.4 Kw runs the TV and Wi-Fi during load shedding.

Additionally, the residence is equipped with a comprehensive power backup system that completely evades load-shedding and is operated by a petrol-powered generator. Should guests make use of the generator, the cost of the petrol will be for the guest's account.
