The double-storey holiday house boasts amazing views from the 3 bedrooms upstairs as well as from the open-plan, downstairs living area.
The unit comprises 5 bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom fitted with either a shower or a shower and a bath. Of the 5 bedrooms, 3 are upstairs and 2 are on the ground floor. The main bedroom has a king-size bed as well as a private patio with sea views. The second and third bedrooms are also fitted with king-size beds and the fourth bedroom has a double bed, the small fifth bedroom has a single bed.
It consists of an open-plan dining, kitchen and lounge area. The home is beautifully decorated and boasts all the latest lighting trends and home appliances. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee- and tea-making facilities, crockery and cutlery. It also features a washing machine, dishwasher and tumble dryer for guests' convenience.
There is a large Smart TV in the lounge area, and also a television vir DStv in the main bedroom.
There are lovely furniture and a gas braai on the patio where guests can enjoy preparing a meal together.
Guests also have use of a lock-up garage which leads into the central patio area.
This home provides a lovely getaway for a romantic honeymoon or a perfect holiday home for a family wanting to enjoy beach life in Cape Town. There are several excellent restaurants in the area as well as Eden on The Bay which has a selection of shops and restaurants also nearby.
Please note that the City of Cape Town is upgrading and restoring the beach promenade area after years of erosion and neglect. This work will continue until September 2024 and is completely beyond our control. We do not always know what work will be undertaken each day, so we apologise should there be any unexpected disruptions during your stay. The area will be greatly improved after this work has been done and the renovation has been long overdue.

Gavin kept in touch with me until we arrived and explained everything to us. On Monday with the water problem, Gavin kept us informed. The atmosphere with the view and the tranquility around you, one cannot really describe in words. Will definitely use Spanish Steps accommodation again.
It's a beautiful and neat modern house. The best part is that each room has its own bathroom, which helps when travelling as a large group. Gavin does a great job communicating before and during your stay! Thank you for that.
We had a great stay, took our 4 dogs with us. Walking distance to Eden on the Bay.
