It is a spacious, well-equipped house that was very neat. The location is fantastic and the views are beautiful. Can definitely recommend it.
TravelGround's customer service was excellent. The accommodation was comfortable and the location was brilliant.
The house looked good but was very neglected. Day one the fridge and TV had to be replaced. During our 10 day stay we had to have an electrician, plumber, TV repair man and white goods repair man x2 called in. The kettle caught fire and the dryer (that had damp linen in) broke. Cutlery was very scarce, only one serving dish, no casserole, three teaspoons, no sharp knives, bedside table lamps not working, blinds in rooms broken, room doors either lock themselves or will not close, no washing pegs (considering the dryer wasn't working), bedding on beds were just double bed duvets folded in half. The only good thing about the house is the view.
Nice spacious house with a wonderful view and everything you need for a great visit. Only ice section of the fridge didn't work, but it wasn't a crisis. Just bought ice cream. Three couples can stay there with ease, because there are 3 double beds. A "tag" was immediately arranged to enter at gate after I inquired. Very friendly service by landlords.
The house is located on Pezula Golf Course and overlooks the 10th! Great location and highly recommended.

House rules
The Thesen Island Homeowners Association (TIHOA) has implemented a biometric user pay levy (BUPL), which requires an additional fee of R97.00 per guest for biometric registration. At least one guest in the group is required to register and pay the levy, and any additional guests who register and use the biometric system will also be charged the fee.Passengers do not need to register, but the group representative must enter the names and ID documents of all group members in their biometric document. Additionally, a copy of each adult guest's ID/passport in the group must be included.
Please note that guests will be responsible for any breakages that occur during their stay. In the unlikely event of a breakage, the host will provide the guest with an invoice to cover the costs incurred.
