Value for money. I would definitely recommend Sparrow's Nest.
Our host was simply the best. From biryani to samoosa, to chicken curry. Nothing too much hassle for him. Wi-Fi can be better but that is just positive criticism.
I can confidently recommend Sparrows Nest. You can't go wrong with the accommodation. Everything you need and more. Zunaid went "above and beyond" to make us feel welcome.
The house is modern, luxurious and contains everything one expects from self-catering. In addition, there were also snooker and table tennis tables on the 2nd floor. You get that woodland feeling and the silence that the city cannot offer you.
Good value for money.
No water for 2 days, electricity issues. Generator present for loadshedding, could not shower for 2 days due to electrical issues. Did not complete our stay left on Saturday.
Amin was such an attentive host, making sure he accompanied us to Sparrow's Nest, showed us the property and brought some solar lights for the loadshedding. He was super kind and answered any questions we had. The house itself is massive. We were three people and you cannot see how spacious the rooms are on the pictures. There is ample cupboard space, the baths have relaxing jets in them, and upstairs also has a pool table, table tennis and a TV area. We loved spending time on the downstairs balcony (there is one upstairs too). There is also a braai, and even a pool in the garden at the back of the house. Koro Creek (Estate) has a lovely restaurant, and we also took some walks late afternoon when all the golfers were done for the day. We had a really pleasant stay and hope to be back soon! Very nice, safe and tidy. The house has everything you need, as well as equipped with a generator which helped a lot during loadshedding.
Pleasant place, neat, clean, beautiful, met all my expectations, owner a wonderful human being. A perfect place to go and relax with family and friends, place has everything one needs and more.
Very spacious house; clean and tidy. Comfortable with many facilities. Location in Koro Creek a bonus. No WiFi despite the fact that the information on the website indicates free WiFi in two separate descriptions.
We had a very pleasant weekend at Sparrow's Nest. The spacious and luxurious detached house is rented as a unit. Amin received us and was very friendly and helpful. We were lucky enough to see nyala, waterbuck and roe deer on the lawn while drinking coffee and enjoying the sunrises and sunsets. So much for a lovely getaway and ideal for families with children and or friends and/or family getaways. There is also a pool table, table tennis, swimming pool and walking trails.
Had a great stay and will stay there again.
Very neat, clean, modern and spacious house with enough relaxation space for everyone. Wish we could have stayed longer!
I was impressed with the beautiful place and good service of the host. There was some confusion with the address, but sorted out immediately. The place was clean and neat when I arrived. Good quality beds always contribute to a great stay. There's nothing better than relaxing with a glass of wine and watch the impala pass in front of the house.
