Welcome was very good, everyone enjoyed themselves, we intend to come again, an excellent stay.
We loved our stay, the place is well-equipped compared to other places I stayed at. I would definitely recommend it to my friends and family and others.
From the time I booked the house, everything went smoothly. Got to Speedo's en Crocs, and was welcomed by lovely Annerien. The house is beautiful and spacious and clean.
We all had a great time. The house is perfect for friends and family or a large group of people. Very neat and very safe. Nice house with plenty of space. Very nice visit in the braai area at the back with the nice view on top of the deck.

We had a lovely time. The house is lovely central, very comfortable, tidy and has everything you need to be able to spend time together as a large group. There is plenty of parking, nice braai facilities, lovely big tables to socialise, everything in the kitchen you need to entertain, 2 x TVs with DSTV (and more), WiFi etc. to give it a nice "home away from home" atmosphere. The owners and the local lady who helped us with access to the house are both very friendly and helpful and made us feel very much at home. We can 100% recommend Speedo's and Crocs and will definitely book again.

Situated within walking distance from the ocean it is perfect for the kids to walk on their own. Neat and tidy on arrival.
Very safe. Loved the idea of a down- and upstairs kitchen with entertainment areas. However, there was no toilet paper in the bathrooms when we arrived. The downstairs kitchen sink and the upstairs bathroom sink were blocked the first night. Annerien did send someone to look at it the next morning. However, the drain did leak and had a smell over the weekend. We also had no hot water for most of our stay in the upstairs bathroom. Great place for a family vacation.
As a family we were able to make new memories together. The house is very neat and met all our requirements and more.
The house has everything you need and is within walking distance of the sea and shops. Would definitely go again and recommend to everyone for a nice break.
Apart from the load shedding I can't find fault with anything. I could just send a whatsapp and got an immediate response. Could even check out a little later, because didn't want to go home yet! Will definitely recommend.
The house was very clean. Very well stocked with everything you need. We enjoyed the outside facilities as well as all the fire places. The 2nd kitchen upstairs was perfect for our large group. Everything worked well.

The perfect home for adults and children. We had children aged from 6 months to 5 years, and they could safely play in the backyard. The dishwashing machines were a great help, we just missed a washing machine to help us with the baby and toddlers' clothes.

The house is spacious for a large group. There is everything you need - you just have to look for it and you will find it. The wine glasses might get some attention. The house was not very clean. Dust everywhere, old candy wrappers behind doors and our furniture. The electrical appliances are old, working, but also not very clean. The biggest disappointment was the back yard. It was absolutely filthy dirty, with old tea towels, beer and soda cans, candy wrappers, old roast beef and bones, chewing gum and I could go on and on that was lying around. The grass was long. I had to watch my puppies outside all the time so they wouldn't eat and pick up all kinds of strange things (the ones I couldn't pick up). We were just slightly grilled for the back yard. In general, we had a good time and enjoyed the time. Christine and Annarien were very helpful with the booking and check-in process. Thank you very much.
The house is walking distance from the sea and shops as well as a short distance to Cape Agulhas. Enough play space for the children and a nice hanging out area. Very quiet area. Will definitely go again in the future.
When we got there there was no water, but the host helped us and explained why, they also fixed the upstairs geyser because it was not working.
It was the perfect getaway! The sea is within walking distance and the place is very neat. Me and my husband and friends really enjoyed it. For sure a place we will visit again. Here you can definitely kick off your shoes, sit back and enjoy the view!

We had a great time at Speedo's and Croc's. Ideal for 2 or 3 families with children. Nice and spacious living and dining areas and also walking distance from the harbour, shops and the beach.
This is easily one of the best places we have stayed at. There is plenty of room for everyone and everyone had a great time. I wish we could have stayed longer, but will definitely come again soon.

A cleaning service can be arranged at an additional cost.Please find below clear rules of the house:
• No commercial fishermen are allowed.
• Renting this property is on your own risk, the owner and agent’s involved are not responsible for any damages or loss of any kind during your stay.
• The owners and or agent, are indemnified against all claims related to injuries that may occur in and around the property.
• The house and its belongings needs to be treated for agreed use and left in the same condition state as found, if any breakage or problems are found this needs to be reported to owners below.
• All dishes, cutlery should be cleaned, dried and packed away on the day of departure.
• Leave the sea and sand outside and not in the house, that includes any collectibles, shells etc and sand.
• Only make a fire in agreed places, indoor braai below, and Weber outside in the back yard, no fires allowed on the Desk area, in any rooms, braai areas will be cleaned by the cleaning team on departure.
• No tents or caravans are allowed on the property any amount of people exceeding the agreed/paid limit will be invoiced accordingly – right of admission is reserved please do not exceed the agreed People without consent from the owners.
• No smoking is allowed inside any part of the house.
• No bait or fish are allowed to be cleaned on premise, this can be done at the ocean, harbour or at the meat market/butchery, any fish kept in the fridge should be for personal use and not commercial.
• This is not a party venue, thus not suitable for this use.
