It was a lovely stay with nice weather and all inquiries were attended to immediately. Everything nice clean and tidy. What was lacking was immediately rectified.
The place is clean and tidy and has everything one needs. The location is very good with a shopping center and places to eat just around the corner. The linen on the beds is of good quality and the mattresses are comfortable. We would have liked more than one towel. Bedside tables / tables with bedside lamps will be a great asset.

Yes we have, just a pity next to the beds in the room with the 2 single beds there is no table with a bedside lamp. I kind of think it would be good and handy because you have nothing to put your book, glasses and phone.
Speranza definitely needs attention! Walls full of holes, plates 'chipped', cutlery of poor quality. Furniture can be upgraded. Place definitely needs a paint and mirrors in rooms! Master bathroom lacks partition for privacy. Ceiling broken. Kitchen cabinets need attention.

It was very easy to find the place. Shopping center is walking distance so to speak. The house has everything in it. We lacked nothing. Nice places to visit that are nearby, such as the Strandloper. Thank you Bolita for being just a phone call away should we need you.
We stayed 1 night, attended a wedding at Mykonos. Speranza offered everything we needed as a family. Perhaps a fan in the master bedroom would be welcome.

First, the service by the local agent, Bolita Bailey, was great! The house itself was almost like a home away from home. Spacious, comfortable, two bathrooms, double garage, etc. Amenities such as WiFi and a TV with many options. Small improvements could be to get bedside lamps and wine glasses.

The house is perfect, so much space inside and out. Close to the stores and KFC. The area is very accommodating, I would recommend this to anyone.
Just a suggestion, because there is no fireplace in the house, the owners can install wall heaters because it is very cold on the West Coast. Other than that, we had a great time and encountered no problems.
Everything was clean and tidy upon our arrival. Many thanks to Bolita who was very accommodating when it initially looked like we could only check in after 8:00 p.m. Furthermore, it was also a first for us to find a garage for our car at an overnight accommodation!
The house is clean, welcoming and has everything you need. The two Leather couches a bit uncomfortable in cold weather but fleece blankets are available. Interior have seem some rough days but not an issue if you consider the price. The manager is very accommodating and friendly and the house is in a quiet neighbourhood. We will definitely return to this place for another getaway.

Can't complain, but absence of clean grill grates or brushes to clean them with was quite disturbing. There are also no wine glasses in the house. Other than that, everything is fine.

We really enjoyed our stay, the place is situated in a very safe environment and are close to the Laguna Mall, Mykonos Casino, etc. I want to suggest the following to the owner(s): There were no keys to the guest bathroom, as well as the guest bedrooms, please sort this out, as it could become quite uncomfortable. Frying Pan are way too small for a family of 6, preparing breakfast. Other than this, we really enjoyed our stay.

It is a spacious house with beds for 7 people (3 rooms), as well as a sofa bed. We were two couples and a toddler. The accommodation has no tiger lantins and may be too minimalistic for some visitors, but it was lovely for us to have the open spaces for all our holiday stuff. Was surprised to see the residence is in an access controlled area and one gets one's own access card. The full DStv, Netflix and WiFi is a fantastic extra. There was a small shortage of the right amount of cutlery and glasses, but with the value-for-money accommodation, we quickly remedied this by purchasing a few things at the Laguna Mall just around the corner (Management of Speranza offered to replace it but we were content to do it ourselves). The management also contacted us often to make sure als was still on the hook - much appreciated.
We really like the location and the fact that the place was really clean and fresh bedding with clean white towels. The complementary snacks and cappuccino's was delightful. Would surely recommend this to everyone.
Sperenza is located in a safe, quiet complex. Very neat and close to Laguna Mall and Mykonos. Plenty to admire and visit, close to everything.
The accommodation was clean and close to all shops, beaches, and restaurants. TV stations did not work but other than that, wonderful. Thank you for a wonderful weekend and we will see you again very soon. The only place I will stay going forward in Langebaan.
