House rules
Beds, duvet inners and pillows are provided. Guests can bring their own bedding and bath towels or rent it at an extra fee of R95 per person per week/weekend or per change.A maximum of 2 pets are allowed at R65 per pet per week/weekend.
Fully refundable inventory, breakage, deposit of R 1500 and the fee for cleaning is also payable in advance, not on arrival.
For bookings more than 30 days before stay date a booking deposit of 30% on the accommodation amount is payable in advance. The balance of the accommodation amount, inventory deposit, the fee for cleaning and any other extras are payable 2 weeks prior to the date of arrival.
For bookings less than 30 days before stay date the full accommodation amount, inventory deposit and the fee for cleaning is payable in advance.
Arrival times on Saturdays and Sundays are from 11:00 to 17:00 .
Departure times on Sundays is by 15:00 .
The balance of payments must be done at least 2 weeks before arrival, not on arrival. We cannot handle payments on arrival.
Bookings over Christmas/New Year is between 10 to 14 nights minimum or longer and 5 nights minimum during the year.
