10 guests' feedbackI would recommend Spoelklippies to any family, quiet neighborhood near Hermanus, and the house is comfortably equipped with everything and spacious.
Spoelklippies is a beautiful, spacious, extremely neat and well-equipped home. The exquisiteness of the decor compliments the property. Communication and friendliness of the owners get full marks. However, two small "irritations" were that, despite the fact that we were asked before our visit whether we should bring lights/candles to provide for load shedding, we were assured that this was not necessary, but that we in the dark with cell phone lights had to barbecue and do preparations in the kitchen because there were no emergency lights or candles available. We even had to drive to look for candles. Shortly before the termination of load shedding, the owner did bring candles. The master bedroom's bathroom also did not have towels at the two sinks. I reported it but it wasn't fixed. It also appears that two showers may not be able to be used at the same time, because this weakens the water pressure and also has an effect on the regulation of the gas water heating which then jumps between blazing hot and freezing cold. A lot of water is wasted by this.
We all had issues getting signal in the rooms which was a bit of a problem, furthermore the stay was so pleasant. I was very happy with everything else.
House is clean, big enough for the 8 people. Modern with chic decor. Fully equipped for almost all of your needs.
Spoelklippies is a cute house, enough space and very tidy.
The house was fantastic. Maybe consider some lounge chairs at the pool. Make it a bit safer for small children at the staircase.
We had an amazing time, the house is fully equipped, you just need to bring yourself. My family and I would definitely go back to this home.
The neighbours are a bit bad so please no loud music, but other than that the place is amazing.

Spoelklippies was everything and more that the pictures portray. The house is fully equipped with everything you need and beautifully decorated. I loved the stoep where the braai area is situated, I will most definitely recommend staying there and will make an effort to go back for a stay.
