We were received very kindly. When she saw there was a baby, she moved us, without hesitation, to a unit with a bath. We really appreciated it. The units are neat, modern and well equipped.

We had such a nice stay. The apartment we stayed in was very neat and clean. The owners went out of their way to accommodate us with the children. They also made the sleepover very special for the children, there were juices for them and sweets on their beds. We were well taken care of during our 4-night stay at Springbok Apartments. Personal attention from owner and staff was welcome. A comprehensive file with flower routes, places of interest and info on Goegap Reserve is in the unit. A lovely restaurant is right next door and the Nama Tourist Office is close by. We appreciate secure parking.
This is really an oasis, staffed by kind, caring and competent individuals. Lovely setting. Well-equipped and maintained facilities. Lots of space, and comfortable. WiFi was useless as you had to go into the garden to connect, and then it was too slow to be of any use. TV only showed in black and white.

Traumatic experience for my elderly mother (79)! We stayed there for two nights and went exploring the area the first morning. When we returned, all our personal belongings were moved to another unit due to a double booking. Without asking our permission or informing us! It was humiliating for strangers to take our clothes etc. removed from the cupboards/bathroom and moved. The owner did not want to understand that my anger was not about the unit, but about the violation of our privacy.

Here you feel as if you are transported to another world. The rooms are very comfortable and the beds are very comfortable, you feel like you are sleeping on a cloud. Even though the guest house is located on the main street of Springbok, it is quiet and you don't hear what is going on in the street at all. Would stay here again anytime.

Two complaints: there were no teaspoons, or we didn't know where to look. The TV was not tuned, luckily one of the family knew how to do it.

Clean, well equipped, absolute value for money. Always a struggle to check in, the bell by the gate does not work, you have to phone and wait. After a long drive you want to arrive, check-in and relax.
No water on arrival, next morning still no water - I couldn't shower at all. When I reported it, the answer was that the tank is also empty and the guy will only come later to check. After 10 hours on the road, a hot shower is definitely something you look forward to.
It was the most unpleasant experience ever to be informed that our accommodation has been moved to a less good establishment, moments before we have to check in. Don't waste your time or spoil your heart by booking here. Look for accommodation in another place ahead of time.

From our arrival to our departure we experienced extremely professional service. The place was neat and the staff extremely hospitable and professional. Because the lockdown presents its own challenges there was WiFi and a television with several channels to keep us (especially the teenagers) occupied. We got more than we asked for - coffee, milk, chocolate, biscuits (on the house) and so on. Braai and equipment were provided when we asked for them. The lady who received us was an absolute "gem" and immediately made us feel welcome.

Springbok Apartments were good, it's just that we had to wait in front of the gate on arrival. We had to wait for the person who was supposed to check us in. They just need to spruce it up a bit.

This was not our first visit to Springbok Apartments. and the previous time was excellent even though we stayed in a different unit. 1) we arrived before dead man's door 2) the telephone number of Springbok Apartments could not be reached. 3) we had to wait about 45 minutes before someone could check us in, during which they tried to shift the blame back to us 5) the toilet in our unit was loose 6) the sliding door's lock is broken. 7) the sliding gate on the road is not closed at night, as the gate motor is broken. 8) the slanting between the living room and bedroom causes one to stumble as it is not easily seen or expected.
Here the owner welcomed us very kindly and made us feel at home. We could just braai outside, because the unit was well equipped with a private braai as well.
The venue is on the Main Road, very easy to navigate. Very beatifull and tranquil atmosphere. The units are exceptional.

What a beautiful unit. We stayed in "PEACE". And as the name suggests, that's the feeling we got here. A bitterly beautiful, tasteful, well-equipped open-plan unit with 2 bedrooms. The bathroom is en suite with the master bedroom. The beds made you fall into a dreamless sleep. I can recommend the place with the utmost confidence.
This is a great guest house to stay at in Springbok. We stayed here now twice, and we are very happy with the setup, the rooms, the secure parking. The breakfast is amazing too!

Small town life with peace.
Very nice accommodation. For overnight it is excellent but it is not as quiet as would be preferred.
We stayed in LOVE which is a lovely, large unit and has everything you need. The porch and its privacy are nice and there is another nice view of the mountain as well. All that was disturbing is the workshop right behind the accommodation and you get scared every time they drop a piece of iron.
Centrally located with restaurant just around the corner. Very tidy, safe parking, air conditioning warm setting not very effective.
The living room and bathroom were neat and clean upon arrival. The microwave and stove were sufficient for self-catering. The receptionist was always available for consultation and very helpful with extra lighting during the power outage. The accommodation rate is reasonable for a blooming season.

Good overnight accommodation. We stayed for a week and had a few issues. Even though braai facilities were mentioned in the description but it was nowhere to be seen. The kitchen isn't equipped for more than one night. No pan to fy an egg, for example, and a lot of things missing to prepare food. Overall a nice place and the people are very friendly.

The apartment is on the first floor, so we had to carry everything upstairs. The owners just have to stick "non slip" strips on the stairs so that no one can slip and fall there. Other than that, no complaints, the service was excellent and the staff very helpful and friendly.

There was no cleaning before we checked in. Clean bedding and towels, but dusty, dirty taps, dirty stove and fridge.
We recently stayed at Springbok Apartments on our holiday on our way to the West Coast. What an incredible place! Upon our arrival we were kindly received and taken to our little apartment. It's so luxurious and modern and beautifully decorated. On our tour we stayed at several guesthouses and/or overnight accommodation, but nowhere could we find the same neat and modern interior decoration - even at double the price! I would recommend this beautiful gem to anyone!

We found the hospitality was great, and the apartment finishes and decor were top drawer. Would definitely go there again if in Springbok.
Good accommodation. No bell at gate - literally had to pull on gate and make dog bark before there was a response. The lady on duty was somewhat inexperienced. Otherwise it was good and we will stay there again.
The host and hostess are also very friendly and happy to give advice regarding Springbok.

It was nothing special, but we would stay there again.
The place is next to metal works, so sleeping late is not an option. There is only one shared braai area. It's good for overnight, but don't stay long.
We have an excellent stay every time we travel between Namibia and South Africa, this was our 3rd time staying at your familiar, wonderful accommodation. The garden invite you to sit and relax after a long journey. Next time we stay here, will be when everything is flowering in August.
