The beautifully decorated open-plan living area features a kitchen fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as a breakfast bar with stools. A washing machine is also available. Leading from the kitchen is a cosy lounge with comfy seating and a TV with a full selection of Dstv channels. Access to uncapped Wi-Fi is available.
Through the sliding doors, there is a balcony with a gas braai, a built-in braai and an 8-seater outdoor dining table which is an ideal spot for the family to enjoy their meals together while admiring the views. There is an underground lock-up garage with space for 2 vehicles as well as extra visitor parking in the complex. Guests can cool off in the communal swimming pool which also has shared braai facilities.

House rules
- The breakage deposit will be refunded within 7 working days of your departure, provided the unit is left in the same condition as upon arrival and that all is in order.- Please report any discrepancies or damages in the unit to our office within 12 working hours.
- The unit is strictly non-smoking and guests are required to smoke outside. Failure to comply could result in the forfeiture of your deposit in order to steam clean curtains, carpets and furniture.
- Should we find that there are more guests staying in the unit than what we quoted; or that the number exceeds the total allowed capacity; your deposit will be forfeited.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Guests are required to bring their own beach towels.
- Complimentary toilet paper and guest soap is provided, but because this unit is self-catering this must be replenished at your own cost.
- Please also remember to bring with you your own dishwashing liquid and other cleaning materials you may want to use.
- Cleaning services can be arranged for you between 08:00 to 14:30, excluding weekends and public holidays. This must please be booked through the office at least 48 hours in advance and must be paid to them upfront and not directly to the cleaner. Please also note that this service is subject to the availability of resources, especially during peak seasons.
