4 guests' feedbackWaited at the reception for 30 minutes before someone came. We called both numbers but no answer. In the room, the aircon, bedside lights and electric blanket did not work. There were towels for 1 person only and no shower mat. I called the guy who only came after probably an hour. The room was like a refrigerator. He couldn't get the aircon to work, went to get plugs and the one light worked. He did something to the warm blanket but it took about 2 hours to warm up. The guy would come back later, but we didn't see him again.
Comfortable room with a very nice spa bath and shower. Friendly and helpful staff. Booking again in the future to try the spa. The breakfast was delicious!
WiFi not very good. TV only Netfix and not DStv. Curtains not neat in room 2.
Wifi not working at all, so we could not watch TV. Aircon not working due to damage. Wires of the aircon were cut. No fridge in the room. Wifi, fridge and aircon was part of the package offered at booking. Toilet blocked. Next morning nothing improved although we reported it the previous night.
