Will definitely have to install shower in apartment. Entire floor was wet even if you draw the curtain. The bed with sponge mattress slept very badly. Furniture can be upgraded.
Very neat place. Ideal for 2 people.

Only a short walk to the beach.
Has all the basic requirements you need. Safe and secure for your family and your vehicle. Has a pool, kids play area and a place to braai. Value for money.

Place is nicely located, no need to drive, just a bit small and cramped for 4 people. I would rather replace the bath with a shower. The shower over the bath does not work well, the whole bathroom is wet even if you close the shower curtain.
It was a very nice place, enough for 3 people and nice swimming, playing and braai area.
Some of the furniture is rotten. Aircon a must. Too little ventilation.
Only needs better cooling facilities.
TV at least a DStv bouquet and furniture upgrade. Also very nice.
Room sofa is full of ants. Can not sleep in evening. Ants walk on you. The floor is full of cat hair after it was cleaned, otherwise it was very nice.
