It's a beautiful, neat guest house with clean rooms, delicious breakfast and hospitality. Would definitely recommend it.
Guests are treated very special. The breakfast was excellent and very professionally presented. They helped us with tourist attractions and good restaurants. It was a lovely treat!
The management is friendly, helpful and spends time orientating you about the area and what there is to do in St Lucia. Breakfast is great with more than the usual "continental" and hot breakfast - this shows a little more effort and insight into what is really a step up from the general B&B standard. The rooms are spacious with good furniture, but the blanket on the bed is old fashioned and this is the only aspect that needs attention. We can really recommend this guest house.
Derek and Hettie are super people, showing a genuine interest and to assist you with the surroundings of the area. We were made to feel most welcome, as well as comfortable with the quality and cleanliness of the guesthouse. Also an excellent breakfast on the terrace was thoroughly enjoyed. Pity our stay wasn't longer. We will be back. Thank you.
The owners made an incredible effort and even my car was washed clean the next morning. The breakfast was very nice. We would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to stay there. Furthermore, it was very clean and tidy.

This six bedroom, one two bedroom family unit, guest house is well positioned to explore the many attractions of the iSimangaliso Wetland Park (previously known as the Greater St. Lucia Wetland Park). The business centre with its quaint restaurants, is within walking distance fom the guest house. Apart from the Hippopotamus who occasionally visit the village at night it is safe for our guest to walk to the restaurants.
Prestine beaches, forest walking trails and crocodile Research Centre are located near the guest house. Other activities include horse riding, two scenic nine hole golf courses just around the corner, kayaking amongst the Hippos and Crocodiles, snorkelling at Cape Vidal, guided boat cruises on Lake St. Lucia, Zulu culture, deep sea fishing, seasonal boat based whale watching (June to November) and seasonal turtle watching (November to March). Less than one hour drive from the Hluhluwe/iMfolozi Game reserve, hosting the Big Five and a globally important bird area (IBA).
