It was the nicest stay and break we have enjoyed. I would recommend it to anyone. It is safe and so quiet. Just what one needs. We had a wedding at 'accommodation_name' 6 minutes from there. Would recommend it.
We had a lovely stopover in Chrissiesmeer at Stasiemeester.
We stayed in the Bank House. Very neat and clean. The whole town was without water but Marjorie soon made a plan to help us. Thank you Marjorie. Will stay there again.
People people who like to help and will definitely visit Station Master again.
The Station Master offers a cozy atmosphere for families or groups who want to visit the area of Chrissiesmeer. The service is friendly and you can see that they make an effort to keep promises.
House was very neat and clean. There were biscuits, coffee tea etc. which we did not expect at all. We had easy access to the house and felt very safe there. Owner made us feel very welcome.
Electric blankets in winter would be a recommendation. Hot water bottles are available but do not help much. Loadshedding is obviously a problem beyond the control of the owner. Found the house easily and good directions from the owner helped us choose the best way from Pretoria. The website's road is about an hour longer than the route via the N4, from Pretoria. Thank you very much. Every time very kindly helped and advised in all areas. Fresh drinking water was available, as well as a gas stove and kettle. Enjoy delicious biscuits.
Our first time to Chrissiesmeer but we will definitely come back. The Stasiemeester had all the comfort including hot water bottles and a fireplace for the cold night. It is just a short walk to a lovely historical restaurant and gin garden. Next time we will stay longer to explore the wonderful surrounding lakes.
Station Master was very clean, tidy and spacious. We slept well. Would definitely recommend it.
The house is very cutely furnished. Comfortable nice rooms, 2 bathrooms, very clean everything. We had a great stay and can easily recommend the place to anyone! Thank you for the book about the history of Chrissiesmeer - we enjoyed reading it!
We were actually moved to the house across the road because it was a Sunday and it saved on getting someone to come clean the one room that was used the night before. But we were very happy. Clean house, comfortable beds, hot water, coffee/tea and rusks available and very close to the main road so we didn't have to go far off route.

Need washing up stuff. Unclear to no communication on the unit being unserviced.
Chrissiesmeer can get very cold in the winter, so every bedroom is comfortable with a panel heater and nice and warm bedding.
Thank you, the place is beautiful and special. Boer goats soon come to graze on the lawn before they go back down the street to look for more good grass.
The house was clean and had everything we needed. It is also nicely located in the middle of the village, so you can just walk everywhere.

We enjoyed our time here at Stasiemeester. Beautiful building with tasteful decor. The house was clean and tidy on arrival and we really enjoyed our time with enough space to hang out inside and outside. We will definitely stop here again if we visit Chrissiesmeer's area again.
