Was a perfect little getaway close to the wine farms in the area.
My room with station house was everything one needs in a stay, but it was the small "detail" that stood out for me. In the bathroom there was a small overnight kit left with a wipe to remove make-up, ear stick and nail file. The room was elegantly decorated for the season of the year and there was such tranquility on the premises. I wish I could stay longer than just a night!
We stayed overnight at Station House after a wedding and we had a lovely stay! Such a beautiful place, with a view of the mountains. Will definitely stay there again!

The place is a bit rundown, although looking good. The place is not very clean and acks detail in that.
Pity about load shedding, as the aircon stopped for four hours overnight and wifi went off. A generator is recommended but perhaps not feasible for this business. The crystal room is really nice with a nice bath next to the window onto the garden and the king-size bed is very comfortable. Very peaceful place for a break! And friendly reception too.

Easy to check in. Livi was very helpful in sending us a video of what to expect on arrival and great in assisting us with numbers for local restaurants. We were in the area for a MTB race, so the perfect airconditioned room and fabulous pool were so perfect. Will definitely be back.

We attended a wedding at Vrede en Lust and was looking for comfortable accommodation close to the wine farm. Station House is perfect and the rooms were clean and cool in the 35-degree weather. The bed was so comfy that we had to ask the owner for details.
