Well equipped and everything is in working order. The full DStv access, ample parking and privacy was a nice surprise. Everything was sparkling clean and the water deliciously warm. We were received very kindly.
We had a lovely stay in the large two-bedroom Riverside View Cottage. Just two little issues. There were only 2 towels left in the cottage for us. Luckily, we did have our own towels as well. The TV and WiFi only worked on Thursday night. There seemed to have been a problem with the WiFi reception and Netflix. This could have been because of the flooding they experienced the week before from the river bursting its banks. I did not report it because we were out all day and had car troubles, so we arrived back at the cottage late in the evening and I did not want to bother anyone. We picked up after our dogs and threw some water in the courtyard area where the dogs were let out for ablutions. We would love to stay there again in the future.
Quiet location with easy access to everywhere. Friendly owners. We wished there was a coffee plunger but got by. There were a few minor maintenance issues that need attention but they have just had the there.

The unit is well equipped for power outages. Plenty of parking. Peaceful quiet area away from city noise. Very neat. Centrally located to the many tourist attractions (e.g. Kango caves, Cango wildlife Ranch and Wilgewandel, etc.). Would definitely recommend it.

There were no cleaning services. Needed clean towels. There is a can for the cleaner which creates an expectation that someone is going to come.
Although it was just a cold weekend, the unit is particularly cold. The unit's heater worked for a short time and simply shut off. Luckily we had a gas heater - a "life saver". Bathroom needs some maintenance - walls musty and needs new shower curtain. Friendly reception by owner and unit is otherwise well equipped. Maybe a better summer destination. WiFi password indicated appears to be incorrect.

We had such a nice stay last time that we booked again for our weekend in Oudtshoorn. We had a braai place on the stoepie and could make a nice fire in the cold Oudtshoorn. Everything is there that we needed. Super neat and very affordable!

Stay @ Gracious is very convenient close to the shops and Crocodile Park, we drove out to Rest and Vrede waterfall, as well as visiting the Meiringspoort Waterfall and the caves, the villa we stayed in was very neat and beautiful our friends and family who saw pictures everyone wants to go to Stay @ Gracious.

Everything was neat and clean - there is only "mould" between the tiles in the bathroom. Think they can just clean it up. The door of the master bedroom's bathroom and the sink's one faucet are broken.

The experience was wonderful. Location is also central and close to everything.
We came there and the hosts didn't answer their phones. Booking is from 15:00 and we were looking around for someone to assist. We then eventually found the cleaner and she showed us the place and assisted us. We never saw the hosts once. Also a great idea would be to put at least a fan in the room. Oudtshoorn is exceptionally warm and a fan would've made a big difference in the room. Place is nice and clean.

We spent the night at Stay@Gracios. Als was clean and tidy.
It was like moving from our home into another completely kitted-out home. We brought along a hairdryer, an iron to press clothes for a wedding we were attending, etc. only to find that all of these items were provided for in the accommodation. Even a washing machine. We were attending a family wedding and the owner very generously provided extra seating and crockery for a supper get-together (13 people) at no extra cost. Highly recommended, clean, beautiful and comfortable accommodation with a very friendly and approachable owner. Thank you for making our weekend such a fun weekend.

We were on a 1470 km cycle tour from Witbank to Mossel Bay and Oudtshoorn was our last stopping place. We were warmly welcomed and all the facilities were great. Stay@Gracois is in a very quiet area and we could hear the lion roar from the nearby nature reserve. Incredible.
Owner received us very well. We are also provided with wood and grill. House is very nicely equipped. Might just recommend that a bowl specifically for roast meat be placed in the kitchen. Will definitely stay there again.
All negative is that there was a plague of ants in the bedroom and felt the ants climbing over us all night. We went to buy Doom the next day and slept much more soundly the second night. Would also suggest that at least basic things like salt, pepper, coffee, sugar, tea and milk were made available for guests. Other than that we really have no complaints, the unit is very private and well located to quietly enjoy the night life on the little stoepie.

Spacious two-bedroom accommodation on a plot with a house and another unit. Unfortunately, the en-suite bathroom sliding door was locked and could not be opened or closed.

This place is nestled quite close to all the amenities, made traveling between shops and activities a pleasure. The granny of the property greeted us, " a lovely soul". The place was clean and spacious. Has DStv couches to lounge on, a double bunk bed and two double beds. There's a laundry facility and a washing line. Some things to improve are the iron which tripped the power and the shower which kept clogging up. With the place being quite close to the croc park, there are a lot of mosquitoes, raid coils are provided by the guesthouse, but we had to kill quite a few on the first day and later buy raid liquid which helped to keep them at bay, great to say there were no victims! The stay was comfortable and we enjoyed our time in Oudtshoorn.
Will definitely use this accommodation again.
