We had a very nice stay at Steenbokkie. The hot tub was already nice and warm when we got there and the fireplace was burning so the house was also nice and warm. We enjoyed the hot tub and fireplace so much. And the cookies and wine on arrival were so nice.
We felt very welcome after a long day! Our 'hot tub' was ready with a delicious bottle of wine!

Lovely two bedroom, each with its own toilet and shower. Secure parking and located in a fenced-off holding. A lock up and go site to see Langebaan without hesitation. Met the owner on arrival, reassuring a lovely stay.
It was exactly what we expected as per the pictures. The only issue we had was that we ran out of wood, my fault. Would definitely stay longer next time, as 2 nights were too short.

The washing machine and dishwasher definitely made the vacation feel like "vacation". The nice and big patio makes it extra special. It is excellent value for money and if we ever look for accommodation on the West Coast again, it will be our first choice.

My daughter absolutely loved the tortoises, ostriches and the wildlife in the nature reserve. Another added bonus is that its close to the mall and not too far from the beach.

We got a friendly welcome. Steenbokkie is close to the sea and shops. It is a very quiet and peaceful environment to just switch off from the busy city life. And waking up to a shepherd crowing was nice. We will stay there again for a weekend.

Very satisfied with the facilities. Als is neat and clean. The house has everything one needs. The kitchen is nicely furnished and there is even an Airfryer. The patio/barbecue area with the enclosed courtyard was the perfect playground for our little boy. And Mummy and Daddy could relax in front of the fire while he frolicked around.
Despite bad weather we had a great stay. Tarentaal was very cozy with the fire burning all day. The equipment in the kitchen is exceptionally good. Decor is beautiful and everything was very clean and tidy. I would love to stay there again and can recommend it to anyone.

The security is good on the living unit as well as secure parking under the roof for your vehicle. You are within a few minutes drive from Langebaan as well as from Saldana, Veldrif, Jacobsbaai, St Helenabaai, Paternoster and a few other fishing villages. All the villages are very close to each other and you can visit them all with ease without worrying about the roads because all the roads are tarred.

Steenbokkie was really value for money and we were pleasantly surprised with the facilities. The fact that each bedroom has its own bathroom is an absolute bonus. The braai area is unbeatable. Lovely quiet area. Little things made a difference like the chest freezer in the unit and the DStv. Irene and her husband are hospitality itself. We even got away with an ostrich egg! Steenbokkie will definitely see us again.

I had a very nice stay. The wind-sheltered roof area with braai area is certainly an attraction and I slept particularly well on a good mattress in a peaceful atmosphere. The pair of turtles in the garden are also too cute.

Unfortunately views from whole cottage very limited - almost non existent, but as a base for visiting the local area it can't be bettered. Hosts very helpful, friendly and accommodating.

We spent a very pleasant time at Steenbokkie and had all the comforts needed. Our teenage boys really enjoyed the surroundings with their jogging and cycling. The braai facilities were lovely and nice to relax by.
