Stephward Estate has matured into the pearl of the South Coast. On the Estate we boast a fine dinning restaurant that has an A la carte menu for both day and evening. Sundays we do a traditional English four course lunch, which weather permitting is held on the enclosed pool deck.We are fully licensed and carry an extensive range of wines.
The Stephen Van Belkum co owner, Clothing Design Studio is also situated on the Estate specializing in day wear, evening wear and Bridal Gowns. Have a chat to Stephen while you are here!
The Stephward Orchid and Exotic Plant Nursery has over 5000 Orchids and the largest Heliconia collection in Africa. Howard Eades - co owner would be delighted to show you around and even glimpse at the imported carnivorous plants.

All our accommodation is situated approx 150m away from the Main Complex, overlooking our own private dam, in a tranquil and private setting. A secure car park is available at the back of the accommodation block.
All rooms are air-conditioned with bathrooms en-suite, ceiling fans, bar fridge, Tea/Coffee making facilities, built in dressing tables with hairdryers, colour TV’s - only SABC TV reception and DVD players. You may bring your own DStv decoder and sim card as all rooms are wired with our dish and own patio. Excellent personal service with almost unbelievable attention to detail, and a delightful garden environment.
The welcome was friendly. The extra's like soap, water and coffee gave the idea of stinginess. 1 Bottle of water for two people. Maybe 2 teaspoons of coffee in a bottle. The soap was the cheapest. We did not even use anything accept the water to drink my tablets. The breakfast was good but again the minimum. No cereals or fresh fruit. I travel extensively nationally and internationally and this was at best comparable with a 3 star, except the tariff.
