Top. Warmly received. Very quiet and tidy. Town was also neat and warm people. We enjoyed the monkeys. Rosie is very helpful, breakfast was perfect.
The rooms are very comfortable and well-appointed with everything you need for your stay, as well as thoughtful decorative touches provided by the host. The house is in a quiet area of town, has a fabulous garden, and offers an environment that makes you want to linger. You have access to a large lounge with good light and seating, and this is also where meals are served. The host is a wonderful conversationalist and can provide "things to do" in the area. I highly recommend this stay to visitors to the area.

Steytlerville is a clean tiny Karoo village.
It's like walking into a page from Garden & Home. Spacious and beautiful. Large garden and the breakfast was top notch. There is nothing you will lack here. The best of all is the pool. Hen's Tooth Rare in Steytlerville. In the summer, an absolute must, because it gets scorching hot!
Rosie was there when necessary with anything we needed. The staff were very pleasant and breakfast was lovely.
Rosie and her staff made us feel very comfortable. Our puppies, parrot, and rats that had to come along were very much at home.

A wonderful stay with my two dogs. Rosie is a great host and I enjoyed talking to her. The room was perfect - clean and very neat. The guest house is off the main street and so it's peaceful, but is within easy walking distance to all places of interest in Steytlerville, including the Royal Hotel where you can have a good dinner. Breakfast is included and was delicious. Thank you Rosie!
My dog and I had a great time staying in the apartment at Rosie's guest house. Rosie and her right hand, Anne, made us feel very welcome. A WiFi 'range extender' will contribute to a 5-star rating.

We were received very kindly by Rosie and immediately felt at home. It's not hyper-modern but that's exactly why we liked it. We suggest that they expand the breakfast with an instant cereal or two and a bowl of yogurt. Good value for money.

Once again, we really enjoyed spending the night here. We had a great time cooling off in the pool among flowering plumbago and beautiful bacon tree potted plants and enjoyed dinner on our patio. The breakfast in the spacious, light living area was excellent. It is good for the soul to dwell here.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was neat and beautiful and the bathroom large. The common living area is huge with several couches and views of the beautiful garden and the pool on 3 sides! The breakfast was also served in this living space. The hostess, Rosie, is very friendly and helpful. There was also ample parking in the shade on the premises.

Me and my 2 friends were doing a 5 day motorbike tour through the eastern Karoo. This was by far the best accommodation of our tour. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Neil is a helpful host, he even booked us an evening meal at the local hotel. Breakfast was superb.
