Had a really nice stay and it's a very cute place. The two main roads passing there were a bit disturbing, but got used to it.
The TV doesn't work at all and although it wasn't a problem for us at all it might be for others. Anthony did explain what the problem was. We recommend that you only indicate this in the ad until it is corrected. All constructive criticism might be to have a soap dish put up in the shower, everything must now be on the floor.

We discovered on the first night that the apartment had cockroaches. We have notified the owner. We packed up all our things and the owner attempted to solve the problem by coming and spraying poison. However, it didn't work. We had a battle for the rest of our time. The neighbors confirmed that they are also having a lot of trouble with it. A pest controller will probably need to be called in. The apartment is otherwise not bad, but the problem overshadowed everything. There is also no DStv package as advertised.
No TV. Outdoor barbecue equipment rusted. Glasses, cups etc. not matches.
No TV, even to watch movies, no wifi and little cook rats in the kitchen.
The unit is in good condition and owner very helpful.
I have no complaints, it was just the unfriendly neighbours and the looks and comments made to our 2-year-old, other than that, our expectations were exceeded.

We checked in on Friday. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Will use the accommodation again anytime. There is everything you need for a holiday or just a weekend getaway.

Very nice place, Anthoney, the owner was very accommodating to my arrival and departure times.
The name was confusing with stickman's entrance with Innikol. Dstv did not work. Large shower head's water pressure is very weak.
The next door flat had construction going with a hammer drill during the days. The bedding is outdated and torn. They charge a laundry fee for using the towels as I only got refunded R350 from my R500 breakage fee as there is no stipulated amount for it. I won't ever use this place again.

Stokkiesdraai is really a place that feels like you are at home but on vacation. Everything you need is there.
It was very convenient and comfortable. We had everything we needed. It is nicely centrally located near the shops, beach etc. Many thanks to Anthony and his wife, we had a great time.
First of all, the advertisement on the website did not mention the fact that you have to buy power for the apartment yourself. The other surprise was that we were penalized when we went to buy the power, because the municipal account is behind. The others are things that just need attention like the leaking shower and toilet. Unfortunately the TV also didn't work due to thunder that damaged the dish. Furthermore, we were very impressed with the cleanliness of the place and the owners were very friendly.
Pans, oven and apartment were not clean and tidy at all. For R26k I still had to buy my own power. Short new bedding and pillows. After the time I was contacted to say I had stolen a pillow and pillow case.
Anthony and his wife are real people with a heart of gold. I will definitely recommend their place. Quiet well equipped, a home away from home. Thank you for making me and my wife's time in Hartenbos so enjoyable that I am already planning to go back to show my children this piece of paradise.
