Everything was so neat. It was truly wonderful to break away. Romeo was friendly and kept us informed all the time, including alternative paths and load shedding. Perfect location!
We loved staying at Stone Haven. Romeo really looked after us and made us feel very welcome. The house is very quaint and well-appointed. Our only regret is that we only stayed for one night en route to Jhb. The next visit will most certainly be longer.
Although it was very small, we had all the amenities that we really needed. Centrally located in the middle of the village. Vehicle locked behind gates. Walking distance to everything.

Kitchen and bathroom very small. Especially bathroom. Shower is particularly small but is sufficient for a short stay.
A delightful cottage, though very small; really only suitable for a single traveller, but my partner and I coped. Our stay was not helped by load-shedding on a very cold night. Possibly a small gas heater could be supplied for such a situation.
Romeo received us kindly. Good linen. Electric blanket was a winner. The cottage is very cramped. Little space between bed and wall, you step on the curtain. A blinder would be better. Bathroom is cramped. Another mirror in the room please. There is only a small mirror above the toilet.

Nieu-Bethesda is larger than what one might imagine and is a really beautiful little village. It's a great stop over, with several places of interest very close to Stone Haven.
Well located and very tidy.
The accommodation is exceptionally neat. The reception was warm and we felt welcome. All I would suggest is putting up a sign or something identifying the place. Since the signal is weak there, Google Maps didn't help.
The main bed was very comfortable. Could not find any matches.
What a sweet little dollhouse. We stayed and slept so well.
There are two separate units for rent on the premises. Be warned, the unit that sleeps 2 is very small with little room to move around, especially in the bathroom. Sorry to say, but we felt we didn't get value for our money.
Small but beautiful cottage. Our host and wife, Dale and Marianka, are enthusiastic and full of plans. We really enjoyed their spontaneity and greatly appreciated their helpfulness. Hopefully we'll see them again soon!
A beautiful place. Very modern, neat and clean. Hostess really cares about guests and is always available. The stay was fantastic! Town has such a positive energy that will make you come back for more.
