28 guests' feedbackFantastic accommodation. Everything, plus that you may require, has been thought of to make the stay comfortable and pleasant. From dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier, Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen, large gas braai - it feels almost like home from home, but right across the road from the beach! Large swimming pool in the building grounds with traditional braai facilities available as well. Secure, undercover parking for one vehicle is provided and direct access to the lifts in the building. Fantastic sunsets across the bay and mountains can be seen each evening. You barely feel the wind out on the balcony, even when it is gusting. Pieter is a good host, and I look forward to visiting this accommodation and the other properties as well.

The value for the money we spent this was the best place to be, close to everything, fun to be there, WiFi, inverter for load shedding, no extra costs, friendly service and the people around are not bothering at all silence and late night options this place is an absolute must! I recommend this place to everyone after our great service here! Thank you very much Pieter, we will 100% see you again!
A place you can call your home. Equipped better than your own home. Great beds and bedding. The fact that you can enjoy TV and WiFi through load shedding makes it all worthwhile. The sea and mountain view is world class. We would hardly be able to manage again in any other vacation spot.

This is the best place I have stayed in the Strand over 35 years. Very comfortably appointed with such attention to the finest detail to make one feel at home. Has everything one needs for a stress free stay. Very peaceful and quiet block, all one hears is the sea - so calming and relaxing. Meticulously clean all round. Excellent security. Hosts very welcoming and helpful. Will definitely be my first choice when I come again. A big thank you to Pieter and Helene for an amazing stay.

Comfortable stay, well located, beautiful view!
Upon our arrival, Pieter and his wife welcomed us kindly. Great was our surprise with the spoiling of milk and water in the fridge, biscuits, cappuccinos and chocolates on the beds. Apart from the spoils, it is indeed a very clean, well-equipped apartment. A place I would want to go back to anytime. I 100% recommend it to future vacationers.

Pieter en sy vrou het aan als gedink met die toerus van die woonstel insluitend bordspeletjies en 'n verkyker! Maar wat ons meestal beïndruk het was dat hulle uit hulle pad gegaan het om ons tuis te laat voel - vars melk in die yskas, beskuit en sjokolade om ons te verwelkom. Hulle het ons self kom ontmoet en alles verduidelik. Ons sal nooit, nooit op 'n ander plek in daardie geweste bly nie. Ek beveel hierdie pragwoning sonder huiwering aan.
This is a beautiful apartment located in a quieter part of the Strand with a beautiful view. Everything needed is available in the unit. We really lacked nothing. The security is very good.
The unit is very well equipped and very comfortable, there is an incredibly beautiful sea view and is very safe. I will definitely stay there again.
Very well equipped apartment, spacious enough, very neat and clean, beautiful view, and friendly service. We were home with our 2 student children for a long weekend. Would recommend it to anyone with ease.

We were received by the owners who surprised us with biscuits, milk and water. But the apartment has just about everything. It is centrally located and you don't need anything more. Safe parking and top quality security. Would recommend the apartment and for the price this is another big plus point. Thank you very much for an unforgettable time.

What a wonderful stay we had! Pieter and his wife have a beautiful 3 bed apartment across the road from The Strand beach. They were incredible hosts and made us feel so welcome during our stay. Nothing was too much trouble. The apartment is beautifully decorated and as a family of six adults it had everything we needed for our stay. There is a small communal pool in the complex and the complex is very secure, so we felt safe at all times. My only issue is that the double and twin room could do with air conditioning as they got really warm and at times were unpleasant to sleep in, even with the fans provided (I believe it is something that is being looked into). DStv/Freeview was available during our stay and we had use of an underground parking facility which again is very secure. Local supermarkets and bottle stores nearby with some lovely restaurants and Gordon's Bay a short drive away. Somerset Mall only 10 minute drive where there is plenty to do in the way of retail shopping, eating or taking in a movie. Easy access to the Motorway and about 1/2 hour from the airport (Cape Town opposite direction but so easy to get to CBD, Table Mountain and V&A waterfront). I promise you if you decide to stay here you will have an awesome time, with awesome sunsets, beautiful sea views and the tranquillity in the evening of listening to the waves and watching the fisherman hoping for a bite on their fishing rods. Even though it is on a main road the traffic noise is minimal and quiet in the evening.
The best place and view I have ever stayed by the sea.
