Friendly service, tidy, well located.
It was nice to be welcomed back with warm faces again! My only complaint is that everyone knows I have a disabled son and we weren't even asked if we needed help with luggage. We had to ask for help with our pram. It was rainy and was shown wrong route to room in the rain. So I'm not happy about that - they know our situation and my husband was not there to help me. But we slept great and will definitely go back again.
