Slept very comfortably, every room seaview.
You can't get any closer to the sea. Everywhere in the house and at the braai area you can enjoy the sea view, but the stoepie is of course the best place. Everything you need is here! The hostess is very friendly and helpful. Thanks for a great time!
We had an incredible stay at Strandstraat 66. The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The view is exquisite, and we spent every morning looking for shells on the beach right in front of the house. The hostess is incredibly friendly and willing to help with anything and everything. I highly recommend Strandstraat 66 to anyone looking for a real holiday feel right on the beach, for good value for money and a lovely stay. Thank you so much for our stay; we enjoyed every second of it!

The house is comfortable and has a lot of character and history. The hostess, Lynette, is very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again!

It's a nice visit home enjoyed it a lot.
Our family consisting of my wife, 2 children and my two elderly parents stayed in the house. The house was perfect for our needs. It is spacious, tidy and has everything you can think of. Even a modern large washing machine was definitely a bonus. The braai facilities are sheltered and comfortable. The house's location is the best and one cannot stay closer to the sea. I would definitely recommend this property and will definitely go on holiday there again!
You couldn't ask for a better ocean view - the house is almost on the beach! It is one of the older houses in the area and has so much character. We were received very kindly and Lynette is very helpful. Everything is clean and tidy, and the kitchen is fully equipped. We immediately felt at home and will definitely come again.

This little house stole our hearts immediately. Picture perfect! Lynette was fantastic and went the extra mile for us. Beautifully clean and comfortable and the location couldn't be better. Right in front of the beach. We will definitely stay here again. Next time just a little longer.

It was a perfect weekend, the wind was a bit tricky but being from George we already know all our coastal winds, the house is situated in such a way that the wind doesn't affect your barbecue at all. The walking distance to an ice cream, the beach and our children could freely go out into the streets without any stress, a delicious afternoon nap for everyone and only the friendly hostess. On our departure day, the children each catch their first fish, so the house has many firsts for us as a family, thank you very much, it was wonderful.
Perhaps something more modern for the ladies though. Sadly 1 glass was broken, my apologies.
All I can say is it felt like coming home. I love the porch room. We had a great time reading even though it was raining. All 3 rooms have full sea view. It reminds me of my grandmother's farmhouse. A few months earlier we had stayed in a much more expensive, more luxurious place just a short distance away, but I told Lynette, our hostess, I much prefer Strandstraat 66 and would much rather come back here than to the more luxurious place. Our hostess is a very pleasant person and made us feel right at home! I can't wait for our next visit to Strandstraat 66!

Fantastic location - cannot be located closer to the ocean! Beautiful sea view from almost every corner in the house. Rustic, pleasant cottage feel to the decor. Within walking distance to tidal pool, restaurant and shop. Lynette is a fantastic hostess, will most definitely recommend to family and friends.

The place is very well located. It is a lovely place for a group of people.
We had a great time at Lynette's house. Our children played like rock jumpers on the rocks and caught fish in the pools, just 5 meters from the front door. All the rooms have views to the sea, even if you are washing dishes you can be lucky and maybe see whales and dolphins from the window. It was so nice????????????

The accommodation was fantastic and the location incredibly beautiful. Very friendly service and definitely accommodation that I can recommend, for someone who wants to experience Jongensfontein.
The smell of the new reeds in the roof reminded me of my childhood. The sea view with a cup of coffee on the veranda was a highlight. The house is neat and clean, everything we needed was there. We will definitely book there again.
