The Studio can accommodate 2 adults or 1 adult and 1 child 10 years or older, no more than 2 people.No smoking or vaping is allowed in the unit, this is to be confined to the outdoors, use of candles is not permitted.
The guest/s occupying unit agree to keep the unit, and all furniture, fittings and utensils maintained in the same way as they were when taking occupation.
The guest/s are liable and responsible for all costs and replacement of any items that are damaged or broken.
The landlord will not accept any liability for any injury, theft or any damage to person/s or property while occupying the holiday rental.
When going out and more so now with load shedding please can you check/ensure all the lights and the stove are switched off.
For longer stays electricity will be provided at the start but should the prepaid need to be topped up during their stay, this will be at the guests' cost.
Kindly leave the window open in shower area as much as possible and even more so during showering to avoid condensation and mould.
Kindly note this is a self-catering unit, kindly maintain the unit in a reasonable state.
N.B. Cleaning (within reason) for 1 monthly stays will be done weekly and change of linen and towels will be done at that time.
