First and foremost, Violy let us check in way before check-in time so that we could collect the keys, drop off our bags and head off to Loftus Stadium for the Boots and All Country Festival with Kip Moore. I had contacted three other establishments when looking for a place and none of them was prepared to help us check in earlier. We were really grateful for that. Huis Olive is safe and really clean. Our little room was very private and had all that we needed. I will highly recommend and will use them again if I ever need to visit Loftus again. Thank you.

House Olive is beautiful, neat, very safe and child-friendly. The people who received us were extremely hospitable and friendly. Nice big lawn for the kids to play and there are double rooms that are attached together for a family with small children. Because they are close to hospitals, there is no load shedding in that area either. So I would definitely recommend them.

The place is beautiful. The only problem was finding them. The place is not properly marked so that one can find it in the dark - I think it would have been difficult even in the day. Furthermore, if you type their name into Google Maps, you can't find them either. We first drove to Olive House in Hennopspark because it was the only name we could find that sounded more or less like Huis Olive even though it is English. I tried to call the owner but the phone was not on. After that we just went into the emails and looked for the address and so at the end of the day we drove there but because it was so poorly marked we drove past it 5 times before we finally stopped at a gate where we people could see in their kitchen and then just asked them and then it was House Olive. The address on the email kept taking us to an empty lot right next to the guest houses. It would be great if the owner could please help upload his profile on Google my Business so that it is listed and easily found on Google Maps. So the accommodation was fantastic, but finding them was a nightmare.

Very friendly welcome. Would only suggest that a sign be put up indicating that this is a communal bathroom. We realized with a bit of a shock that it was a shared bathroom in the morning hours and lost our towels in the process.
Positive criticism. Would have liked more privacy. Sharing bathroom and kitchen with others. Wifi still didn't connect after a call out. But overall I love the host, she is super friendly.
