Janine is by far one of the best hostesses ever lived. I tour a lot in South Africa and truly, should I find myself in Gauteng again, this is the place at the very top of my list. It's so nice, I regret going any further! But I must, and will return to Succulent Delight every time.
It was very clean, well organised and had all the essentials we needed available to us. Our host was very accommodating and pleasant. I will definitely recommend Succulent Delights accommodation.
It is a very neat place and there are many convenient shops very close by.
Very safe, I noticed guard patrolling the street at night + CPF in the neighbourhood, lights always burning around the house. Alarm system in place, with beams on the outside for extra protection. Good value for money, has a full kitchen, so I could prepare my meals hassle-free. Love the location, close to everything, N1 + N14 close by and there are doctors within 2km, open 24/7. Shops very close. Zwartkops Raceway around the corner. Host checked up every time she saw me, asked if I needed anything and if all is ok in the unit. Place was clean, neat and tidy. Can see she makes an effort.
Excellent value for money, price is cheapest in comparison to other guest houses and what they offer. Host thinks of everything, it was fantastic. Plenty of safety measures are in place with 24hr CCTV and easy to use alarm system in accommodations and with outside beams in place. Very clean. Customer service - she checked up regularly if all was good and in order and if I needed anything. Location - excellent, surrounded by everything I need - 24hr Mediclinic, 2 min away, shopping malls less than 5 min away. Take away just 5 min walk from house. Shade net to park vehicle.

The place is clean, neat and my vehicle was parked behind a locked gate and garage. The hostess was friendly, hospitable and everything was catered for ie. an extra blanket, tea, coffee, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, just to mention a few. She regularly checked up on me and shared a load shedding schedule. The place is surprisingly affordable. Good value for money.
