I would like to suggest an alternative method of cooking (especially with all the power outages), maybe a small gas stove and gas lamp.

We saw the whales and dolphins every day from the spot. It was incredible.
Sue Casa is one of our favorites, especially number 1, and we've been here more than once. Negatives (but nothing that can't be fixed easily): The water crisis, where we had no water for 2 days, created a problem for us. The mattresses on the beds need attention. There were cobwebs in the corners of the rooms which showed that the place might not have been cleaned for a long time. The sink in the kitchen needs a new faucet, the one there leaks a lot, as does the shower head which is clogged/calcified. Grill is rusted through. Positives: Delicious private braai and beautiful view. Friendly caretaker. Friendly people and close to all important shops.
Once again the location of the place is fantastic, while you sleep you hear the sea and you just walk across the road and you are on the beach.

Sue Casa 1 has a nice sea view, and is close to restaurants and everything you need.

Living room sofa legs loose, 3 legs repaired next day. Toilet seat broken and loose, nothing done yet. Master bedroom curtains pinned together, previous review also said so.
On payment of the bill there is an entry: Cleaning costs. This is confusing as one is under the impression that it is the daily cleaning that is done. We had to pay extra per day for cleaning. Upon receipt of unit, it was pointed out that a chair was broken - struggled for 6 days to have the chair repaired. Owner doesn't seem to care what the place looks like and is just looking for his money for the rent. The unit was very dirty. Thick bunch of hair in the shower, cupboards inside shelves hadn't been cleaned in years (room, kitchen and bathroom). Curtains are attached to hooks and are untidy. Floors were dirty, shower inside was dirty as well as sink and kitchen. There is no supervision of cleaners here. Being downloaded and uploaded. We were very disappointed as we paid quite a large amount per day and expected a decent place. I would definitely not recommend Sue Casa 1 to anyone.
I will definitely go again!
Safe and very quiet. When we were out, the residents on the premises looked at our place. Enjoyed it very much. Will definitely recommend to any of my friends and family.
No problems encountered with the unit. All the communication and correspondence by LekkeSlaap and Sue Casa was good.
Very close to the sea.
