We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at SueCasa 3. We walked to the beach every morning, and every evening we sat outside and ate dinner with a sea view! The flat was beautifully decorated and very clean upon arrival. It had everything we needed and our stay was very comfortable. We were not advised to bring our own towels, as the unit didn’t have any for us.
I think basics can stay in unit. Like dish washing cloths, sunlight.
Sue Casa 3 was wonderfully spacious with everything you need, vehicle was safely garaged, the air conditioner and roof fans help a lot. Great outdoor barbecues and it's on the sea for views and walks. Good value for money and the agents were very helpful and friendly.
The unit is newly redone and very neat and clean. Everyone was very helpful and went out of their way to make us feel at home. The unit is across the street from the ocean and a quick walk. The view is fantastic and you can smell the sea.
Sue Casa is a very neat, clean place as well as nice and spacious. I would recommend Sue Casa for a getaway. It is also very clean, with good linen and very comfortable beds. The air conditioner helps a lot in the summer in the kitchen/living area. Sue Casa 3 is also very well laid out in terms of color and furniture, it matches the sea. I had one negative experience not with the website but with Sue Casa 3's agent herself, there was no key to the lock, we locked ourselves out (sure they have fixed it now) it rained, but they came out to help, finally they found the right key.
It is clean and well furnished. Everything you need is available in the unit. Aircon is a welcoming relief on a warm summers day. The washing machine is an absolute winner for damp towels and washing those swim suits. Everything you might need is close by. Beautiful and safe beach in walking distance. You have to try The Pump-house restaurant while you are there. Affordable great food!
Value for money, the self-catering apartment is well equipped with everything we needed. Will definitely come again with my family.
The apartment is fully equipped with more than you expect, enough space and kitchen very nice to live in. Everything was in working order.

Would recommend this place to anyone that wants tranquility and wants to hear the waves crashing while you're sleeping. Beautiful sea view from your doorstep.
The unit has everything to make the stay very comfortable. The air conditioner and washing machine are a bonus. Clean and comfortable beds. Very centrally located and very close to the beach.

House rules
Please note that smoking inside the unit is strictly prohibited and that no parties, student groups, bachelor-, or bachelorette parties are allowed as this unit is situated in a complex.There are also strict noise policies in place and guests are asked to please be mindful of the residents in the area and refrain from making loud noises or disturbances. Please note that guests may be asked to vacate the premises with immediate effect if they fail to comply with the rules.
A refundable breakage deposit is required along with the balance payment of the booking. This is payable to the agency, who will email you regarding this, in order to finalize your booking. The refundable breakage deposit fee is payable 2 weeks before arrival and is not included in the rate.
Damages and breakage deposits are refundable, pending their inspection after departure and are refunded as follows:
All low and high season refunds will be refunded roughly 2 weeks (14 days), after departure.
All peak season refunds will be refunded 1 month after departure.

If your arrival is in more than a month then the balance payment needs to be made 1 month prior to arrival.

Cash payments or deposits are acceptable, however, a cash deposit fee is required per deposit, and will be for your account and deducted from your damages and breakage deposit prior to refund.
