Peaceful stay, very friendly people and environment.
Well equipped, large suite with a kitchen, seating area, bedroom and bathroom at a very reasonable rate. We had a great stay and enjoyed chatting to the friendly owner. Recommended.
We explored the beautiful surroundings of Elim, Baardskeerdersbosh and Pearly Beach. This was a very cheap option to make it a 2 day trip. Tasted delicious beer on Pearly Beach and bought a home-baked kelp bread from Marietjies and went looking for Dyer's island.
Wi-Fi was not available during Eskom blackout.
Great fun, we enjoyed the location off the grid.
Just disappointed in the pool that was not available. Have to drive about 20 kilometers to the beach. And brochures showed a pool. Should tell people beforehand if things are out of order.
