The adjacent open-plan living area opens onto a patio, which offers a gas braai facility for guests to use. That also has a TV with DStv. The apartment’s patio faces the communal swimming pool.

A dedicated single garage for 1 car to park in, and extra parking outside the garage for a second car. In addition, the complex is within close proximity to tidal pools, restaurants, and other facilities in the area.
