It was relaxed, calm and just what we needed for our break away. The view was beautiful.
Our stay was amazing. The view is unbelievable. The sunsets are out of this world. People are very friendly. Summer Place 9 has all you can ask for.

What a fantastic place to stay! The reception by the hostess was extremely friendly. Although the aircon was not working, there were more than enough fans in all the rooms to fight the hot Cape wind. We had a great time. You won't find a better location and more pleasant accommodation. We will definitely come again! The photos are exactly like real life and everything we needed was in the place to stay.

What a view, it's got a nice view and is close to the restaurant and other fast foods. I love it, definitely I will be booking at the same place next time I visit Cape Town. I stayed there for 7 nights; it was amazing, very quiet and the sea view is beautiful. (In future please provide more tissues).

Summer Place 9 is spacious, modern, clean and literally on the beach. Best place for a dream beach holiday.
Exceptional location: Beautiful sea view, you can really enjoy the sunsets. The wind just blew incredibly hard and continuously. The place needs maintenance - WiFi is not working, the technicians made no effort to fix it in the period we were there - the "concierge member" did make a plan to provide data. The air conditioning DOESN'T WORK AT ALL, which is a shame when you bear in mind that it gets really hot in the afternoons on the porch and in the living room and master bedroom. The full bathroom shower doors are in dire need of repair - we couldn't use them at all. If Summer Place 9 lives up to what is advertised, it will certainly offer wonderful accommodation.
