The garage is for a mid-size sedan, no longer than a Mercedes C Class. Guests will need to park straight in the parking slot as the next slot is used by another set of guests.
The villa is right next to another one of our properties with a connecting door in between. If you have a really large group (up to 24 people) and there is availability in both the properties, we can try to help by offering both properties together.

4 guests' feedbackWe had a great stay at Sun and Sea Downtown Mediterranean Villa. We took my mom away for her 70th birthday and we all had a wonderful time. The villa has amazing views of the Cape Town coast and beautiful Greenpoint Park. I would definitely recommend it to anyone and would visit again in a heartbeat. The hosts were extremely friendly and accommodating and made our whole family feel at home.

Very nice house to stay in. The house does need a good cleaning, e.g. the shower tiles, cockroach in the room, the braai area, and the freezer drawer were dirty. Nothing a little soap can't sort out.
This spot ticked all the boxes and more! From our welcome, personalised wine to the indoor fireplace, central location, and spacious beautifully decorated rooms. We spent a beautiful family reunion here. Would highly recommend it. The hosts could not be more accommodating and helpful. Book this spot, you won't be disappointed.
