Sunbird Place is a self-catering holiday house situated in a quiet neighbourhood centrally located in Durbanville. The Durbanville wine valley hosts a multitude of wineries and wine farms, where lovely wines can be bought and tasted.

This property can accommodate up to 5 guests at a time and comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, the second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom contains a single bed. The first bathroom is fitted with a shower, while the second bathroom has a bath and a shower. All linen and bath towels are provided.

The main living area features an open-plan design with a kitchen fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, cutlery and crockery as well as a breakfast bar with stools. Leading from the kitchen is a 6-seater dining table and a lounge with comfy seating and a fireplace. Additionally, this house features an indoor braai room with a TV as well as access to free Wi-Fi.

The location of this home is a short drive to Durbanville’s shopping centres, entertainment and medical centre, with Cape Town CBD only a 20-minute drive away. Durbanville is about a short drive from the larger town of Paarl and even closer to Stellenbosch Winelands.
