Once again we enjoyed our stay at Sundown Lodge. Was very kindly received. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Your meals are always delicious!
Friendly reception in a very neat place.
Was very comfortable. Everything we needed was there.
The place is very well kept, well maintained and current. It is loadshedding proof and allowed me to work even when power was down. The staff are amazing, friendly and very helpful. I had to do urgent amendments for our Industry Collective Agreement and Nicky went out of her way to print the amendments for me to get the job done.
Good food, friendly people and very good location.
It was nice for us, there just had to be a place when it rained like that where you could sit with children that was closed so that they didn't have to be in the rooms only.

Very neat and quiet. In the main street of Komatipoort and close to everything. You can self-catering or order meals which is very convenient.
All good, clean and staples. Food was tasty and good price.
The only reason we did not book out when we saw our room, was because of the host Maria, she is a gem, hospitable, went out of her way to assist us to be as comfortable as possible, in a small basic room. She cooked us a tasty supper, beautifully presented, however meal prices are pricey. I think the main section of the lodge is a much better stay. In brief a disappointment with our room, basic and only suitable for sleepover on your way to the park or Moz. Food and Maria the stars. Thank you Maria for making up for the room.
