Very comfortable and neat. Good braai area on the deck.
A lovely outdoor area where you can relax, with a spacious and clean room with a bathroom and kitchen. The place inside is beautiful, clean and well laid out. The back door that gives access to the swimming pool is still one of the features that make this place so relaxing. The staff was very pleasant.
We enjoyed our stay at Sunrise Bay Self-catering Accommodation. Unfortunately, there were problems with the geyser. We showered in cold water for several days.
Braai facilities on the stoep are a definite bonus.
For sure the best accommodation we have ever been to! The unit had everything you need. It's neat, clean and very luxurious! The staff is so friendly and helpful! Francie and her team make you feel very welcome and special for sure. Thank you very much for a wonderful time! Definitely world class accommodation!

We were very fortunate to get the Penthouse for a discount. The place was even more beautiful than in the photos and can't say anything bad about it. The hot water was a problem though. The water is perfect when you shower and turn on full heat, but too cold for bath water. We did turn down many places, because there was no bath. So was a bit disappointed when we couldn't use the bath. Also, we didn't receive a key for the white sliding door and it felt a bit unsafe, because the glass in front of the door just wraps and doesn't lock with a key. The feeling that someone could break the glass door and then just open the white sliding door was possible.
Well located, neat unit that I can recommend to anyone at any time. Customer service was excellent, with staff always ready to help. The unit is well equipped with everything needed to fully enjoy the holiday. Will definitely use Sunrise Bay again.
