Place is neatly and comfortably furnished. Has everything you need, plus extras. Can even barbecue outside and have a cozy visit. Is located near Karootuin, and very quiet neighborhood. Not far from the shopping center and town. The place is definitely worth the price and more.

I'm a light sleeper and was slightly disturbed by dogs, motorbikes and one or two ambulances. But the house was extremely neat, well furnished and very nice and comfortable. Very private and our car could sleep comfortably under a canopy behind the gate.
The premises is situated in a safe area. Allocation for vehicle parking was arranged as well as the arrangement for the key pick up and drop of. The place was perfect for us.
