I stayed here for business and it was the perfect lock-up-and-go apartment. Walking distance from restaurants, grocery shops and chemists with a stunning view of the ocean. The check-in process, loadshedding schedule and other important information were well communicated. Back-up gas burners were also available for warming food or boiling water. Ubers take slightly longer to get here during peak traffic so allow some extra time when booking a Uber for a meeting or to get to the office. Fantastic apartment and I will be back.
This is the perfect place if you want to get away to rest just a street away from the sea, walking distance from the shops and eateries and everyone is just friendly. The weather was stunning. Sunset Studio 11 definitely see me again.
The studio is small but provides everything that a single traveller needs for a short stay. Excellent location and provides easy access to surrounding areas in all directions. Provision was made for load shedding (little gas stove and kettle) which was much appreciated.
Always a wonderful surprise like this place again. Pictures can sometimes be deceiving, but this was indeed exactly as advertised. Have a great time!
Bianca was a fantastic host. She made sure the place was clean (even during our stay) and she made sure to personally meet with us on the first day to show us around and get settled. Despite the small size of the apartment, we were very comfortable there. It had everything we needed to make our holiday relaxing. I would certainly stay there again.

The studio is an ideal spot for a single traveller or couple. It is small but has everything you need. WiFi speed is great and being able to see the sea while you work is a bonus. The beach and all amenities are within easy walking distance. Secure parking for one car. Bianca is a very considerate host. She was helpful with load shedding schedules, any questions I had and went the extra mile to ensure that my stay was comfortable. I will definitely be back.
Good for the purpose we booked for. Slept well and comfortable. Will only get a bit cramped if long periods of time have to be spent there, for example during bad weather.
I would just like to see the place get more maintenance. There were many things that needed a handyman. I also got the idea the place was not deep cleaned.

My partner and I had a lovely stay at Sunset Studio 11. The flatlet had all the amenities needed. Beautiful location within walking distance from Blouberg beach, the MyCiTi, spar and lots of restaurants. There is also a safe and secure parking spot for a hired car. Bianca did an excellent job with ensuring a comfortable stay. 10/10 would stay at Sunset Studio 11 again.

We enjoyed our stay so much that we booked extra nights. The unit is very well equipped. The WiFi was fantastic. Would have preferred DStv over Netflix though. Bianca was very friendly.
We drove around in the morning and then in the afternoon sat at the little table and enjoyed the sea and mountain view, unfortunately they were renovating the apartments in the area so it was a rip-off, but it's not Sunset Studio's fault . Everything you need was there, we enjoyed it.
Very neat with a nice view. Will not go again for only 1 reason, because I am a smoker and there is no balcony or area near where you live.
The TV is very difficult to understand and the shower is very slippery and you can get hurt badly, maybe put a rubber shower mat in there or rougher tiles. Place has such a funny, wet smell, can be of much allowance, maybe put burglar bars on the window so that you can leave the window open when you are not there to reduce the smell. Other than that, everything was 100%.

The living unit is actually very small for a single person. The cooking facilities are limited to two pots and two pans. So you are forced to eat out. No Wi-Fi facility. TV is not fully DStv, not everyone only watches films, I wanted to watch my normal programs on DStv, but couldn't. Couldn't go on internet because no WI-FI. Don't know the TV package used and indication was not there.
We were pleasantly surprised by the location, the layout of the studio which was perfect for the two of us. Heard the ocean, witnessed breathtaking sunsets not to mention the many kite surfers. We can recommend Sunset Studio 11 with confidence. You won't go wrong booking there.
