Sunset Villa is situated on the top and bottom level of the house and comprises 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. The villa can accommodate up to 8 persons at a time. Its built as an L-Shaped, North facing structure and centres around the pool and courtyard. There are stunning views of the ocean from the barbecue room and wrap-around wooden deck. Deck lounge style furniture allows you to relax and enjoy the view.
The Studio Apartment is our brandnew addition and is situated on the bottom level of the house. It's an open-plan unit with a bathroom, kitchen and lounge area. It has its own private entrance and courtyard with small braai and a waterfeature to provide even more privacy. The apartment can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children aged 12 and under.
These 2 units can be booked separately or can be booked together.
Other facilities available to guests staying at the Sunset Villa Main House include a barbecue area, hot tub next to the pool and parking for 3 cars. Across the road is public parking, a Coffee shop and a Hair/Beauty salon (contact cards provided).
Cleaning services can be arranged on request and are paid for by guests.
Come and see the West Coast in all its glory August to November during Wildflower season.
Pets are not allowed and the accommodation does not accept student groups, corporate-, bachelor-, bachelorette parties or fishing groups as the accommodation is only suitable for families, friends or couples.

Sunset Villa is a spacious, well equipped house and each couple basically had their own space with bathroom. The living areas have plenty of seating and the fact that you can hang out outside and inside around a braai contributes to a relaxing atmosphere.

When looking for a getaway, we specifically looked for an accommodation with a Jacuzzi and tranquility. Sunset Villa has a house part that is rented out and also an apartment. We found the apartment. There were people in the house. We were only informed on arrival that we were not allowed to use the Jacuzzi. We were trapped in a cage. There is a long list of requirements that must be met, especially regarding noise and parties. The guests in the house partied until the wee hours on both nights and more guests joined them. We just had to drive out to surrounding areas for tranquility all the time. There is also no kettle with a cord, there is an induction oven where you have to boil the water on the stove. It felt like we were camping.
The alterations made to the property since we've last been there is very practical. We missed the family entertainment room though.
The house is spacious and has everything needed to enjoy a fantastic getaway.

We spent a weekend at Sunset Villa and loved every moment there with the amazing views and games room and braai room upstairs while the guys watched their beloved rugby.
