Lovely stay at Supertubes. Delicious breakfast each morning beautifully prepared by Moses. Great attention to detail and extremely helpful staff with regard to activities and restaurants. Congenial atmosphere and tea and coffee and snacks at hand. Great lounge to unwind in. Thank you for your sincere efforts to make our stay memorable and enjoyable.
I stayed 2 nights, with a queen bed, corner amer. Breakfast was excellent, and is definitely a big plus. Bed was comfortable, rooms are large and have their own mini fridge. Filter coffee in the room, iron is available in the common area. Only downside than the fact that there was no silence at night, and you can hear guests rustling around at night, I suggest a double insulated door for the entrance to the rooms. Well received by the staff.

By the sea, luxury, friendly staff. Perfect holiday setting. The bonus, it's pet-friendly.
We were a group of 6 people. On arrival we were received very kindly, taken to the house and shown around. The house itself is very neat and clean. There is also a permanent security guard who moves around between the houses, himself came to make sure everything was still okay with us when we lit a braai late at night. Excellent and would definitely stay there again. Best place I have ever stayed in JBay.

It was me and my husband's date night and a break from everything and everyone. We couldn't ask for a better place to do it. The guest house was incredibly beautiful, nice big comfortable bed. And the sea was so close, we could go for a nice walk along the sea. I would go back there anytime.
The guest house is by the beach, walking distance and nice view. Peaceful atmosphere for rest. Friendly waiters and delicious food! On Christmas morning they put a lot of effort into a delicious breakfast! We really enjoyed our stay there!
The unit was neat and clean, but lacks maintenance. Fairly expensive accommodation.
B&B was a new experience for us for a seaside holiday. We stayed for 3 nights. If you want to travel light this is the ideal destination. The breakfast was included and one of the highlights of the stay. Supertubes is very central and offers something for everyone.
Supertubes gave us a warm welcome. We slept in a lovely room. The "attention to dteail" was to write from home. From the coffee and biscuits when we arrived, to the towel warmers, the absolutely stunning room and the perfect location. We stayed like kings. The only downside was that we definitely would have liked to stay at this place longer. What a treat! The breakfast was AMAZING! Picture pretty and lip smacking. We will definitely return.
The guest house is spotless and the staff very friendly and helpful.
Was very neat and pretty. Not only the room but the entire guesthouse and the view and the beach is only 30 m from the room. Friendly service, divine breakfast.
Unfortunately there were some unpleasant things during our stay. 1) Our room was not made up during our stay, although our laundry was taken and the 'please clean room' tag was removed from the door. 2) Breakfast stations are not replenished, clean cutlery is also not replenished as the buffet breakfast is enjoyed. So if you go to breakfast at 08:30, you get leftovers or have to ask staff to unwrap new ones first. Several guests had to request it over the course of the mornings. 3) During our last night we had to call the night manager at 11 o'clock in the evening and ask that guests please be quiet because we had 8 hours of driving the next day. During the course of the evening, we heard the guests loudly calling out the night manager's name, chatting with him and making jokes from our room. 4) One night after dinner we came home to find a foreign couple at the B&B's doors, looking for the night manager and wanting to know if their laundry was done. We let them in, but the night manager was sitting right there in the guest lounge, right next to the doors they were knocking on. He did not get up when we entered nor when he spoke to the guests. 5) The place is beautiful and our room was modern and a nice size. The room alone was excellent value for our money. Unfortunately, service left a bad taste in our mouths and we will not easily return again or recommend the place.
It was an absolutely wonderful experience staying at the Supertubes. We would recommend it to anyone. Outstanding.
